I am horrified by this story.  What has happened to society that people could witness this and just go on as if nothing has happened? Those people that worked in this facility should be more that 'just fired'....they should be fined, punished or something.  They certainly don't deserve to have another job working with problem people at all...I wouldn't say compassion is their biggest trait.  But again, the other side of the coin is...if these type of jobs paid a decent wage and "absolutely required" a certification of some sort maybe they would get a better quality of people working there....instead of people that are incapable of doing anything else.   What ever happened to pride???
