OK so about 25 years ago after Nixon went to China the communist government came up with a plan.  You don't have to use an Army and expensive troop transports to Invade the USA.  All you really have to do is look to Mexico and Canada and export a healthy amount of dedicated sleeper agents.  Especially good since a lot of Chinese can actually pass for Mexican.  You don't have to really spend any money just get heavily involved with drugs and other lucrative criminal activities that would show the strengths and weaknesses of the American Law enforcement agencies that police the borders.

There are so many well meaning liberal Americans that you push an agenda here and an agenda there and you can pretty much mask the fact that you have an on call militia at several border points ready and willing at some point to go in and do your bidding.  No problem with keeping it top secret cause all the Chinese Secret Service really need do is set the ball in motion and 10 to 100 years later an opportunity will present itself to have every American studying I Ching instead of the Sermon on the Mount.

The Rodney King incident gave some clues... a man taking a joy ride in a tank through San Diego gave some also... Y2K was simply delicious with possibilities... but now there is something really attractive.  Yeah... could you imagine the possibilities if just one little event took place and turned the already stretch military might of our nation to patrolling it's own streets.

Hmmmm time to start outfitting those little fringe elements of American society that want to see that wonderful anarchistic race war.  Yeah... wonder how long the Border Patrol would last against special forces units of the Red Army inserted with southern unwitting help from all sorts of criminal and terrorist organizations on both sides of the fence.

Well... who would want to invade the USA outright?  No... too expensive.  But thank God we have an intelligence community that is working to stop these plots, sub plots and horrifying scenarios from happening.  I hope...

Tom Adkins former publisher of CommonConservative.com wrote a funny little ranting article entitled "White Guilt is Dead".  The article originally appeared in the "Philadelphia Inquirer".

So far there have been three blog on myfox sites around the country that I've seen featuring this article.

One line in the article states "So today, I'm feeling a little "uppity," if you will. From this day forward, my tolerance level for having my skin color hustled is now exactly ZERO. And it's time to clean house."

I've read this same stuff 3 times now in blogs and if you look it up you'll find it's all over the net.  Quite simply it contains all the rants that people who think of themselves as white hold against people who think of themselves as black.

This is a national mental illness that only a vocal few still have... A self defeating list of bi-polar extremes...  A record of self righteous inclinations to combat self serving deprecations... A united front against a divided rear and it stinks.

Quite simply the generalizations seem to be generally true but upon closer inspection reveals that it is a minority of the minority that feels and acts the way a minority of the majority presumes the majority of the minority actually do.  It's not a national reality.... it's childish, silly and mostly it's counter productive for us all as Americans to live in this disdainful belief in generalized witticisms.

And besides, for those who consider themselves white bible believing conservatives I say "What White Guilt?"  I mean really now stop it... what guilt have you ever allowed yourself to feel that would make you laud this laundry list of double reverse racism.  For your white guilt to die you have to have had it in the first place.

I've noticed that some publish the blog "White Guilt is Dead" as if they wrote it.  It has appeared here in myfoxLA twice.   And for the truth it contains the main gist of it's ambitious assault is too predictable as the last line of Tom Adkins article reads ,

"Black Americans voted 96% for Barack Obama. Hmmm. In a color-blind world, shouldn't that be 50-50?...Tonight, every black person should ask forgiveness for their apparent racism and prejudice towards white people. Maybe it's time to start spreading the guilt around."

I wonder what percent of those who voted for Mc Cain voted for him because he was white?   I can see now that this kind of white fright driven drivel is going to continue throughout Obama's presidency.  Just do a search of the article and you'll see how folks across the country are eating it up.  It saddens me with the kind of sadness that won't go away easily since there seems to be no end of those willing to think of themselves as white

Has it occurred to anybody else that if we get plunged into really hard times in this country that we could face invasion?  If the Sons of Anarchy take over in small places and numerous fringe militia's dig up their throw aways will our military be able to handle it all?  I'm thinking it may be time to start raising State and National integrated Militia groups of the silent majority of us who believe in the freedom of race and religion.

How about it?  A mutt militia in a uniting of everything that we can for one reason and one reason only... to repel invasion by foreign powers.  I mean why wait?  The National Guard isn't really a Militia anymore and the oldest branch of service that was state by state has become a federal entity whilst real state militias are non-existent.

DAM... the Domestic American Militia.  Getting us ready for the sleeper Russian Red Army agents poised to invade us from within and the sleeper People's Liberation Army of China who run all those taco stands along our southern border.   Yup... this be the time of rumors of war and it would seem to me that the only way for Americans to finally Unite and call all Americans Americans would be to form Militia Groups.

The whole Duke Nuke-um and "Bomb Bomb Iran" crowd has called down the thunder on us... I just thought we would do the right thing after we invaded Iraq... boy... do I feel stupid.  No... we disbanded the Iraqi Army and wondered why so many militias popped up!

So that's all of my rant on that so far...  So start a DAM near you and make sure it is totally integrated and publicly visible!

Well I am black so I'll tell you what... neither do I.  Small town mid-western mindset can't wrap itself around the thought of a black man actually being a republican.  It's like the gay republicans... nobodies buying...  To be fair though as the California vote on prop 8 should demonstrate black folks are a whole lot more conservative than they are given credit for.  One reason for this hidden conservatism is an unwillingness to agree with folks who'll be all to willing to put them on point in the next war.  Of course that just happened with the election of Barack Obama.

Oh I know I know... it just boggles my mind that you can't believe a Democrat can be a christian and only allow a few tokens to claim conservative values but it's OK!  Hey, you know some of my best friends are war mongering fundamentalists who await the second coming of Ronald Reagan.  Something tells me that the next Republican varsity  presidential squad will contain more than just a token set of Keyes.

Anywho... Those wing nut jobs who I warned and warned in my blogs to stop counter productive double reverse racist/slanderous Obama bashing are the ones who put the man in office.  The first mistake was hand picking someone of national prominence to run against him in that Senate race... Yikes... but you know?  Thank you.  We have a president now that the Republican party in all it's fear mongering self righteous dogmatizing begged for!  Yup... there is at least a willingness to share the right to be blamed for all the worlds problems.

Just smart politics I assume.  Gives the GOP a break so that they can come back in and clean up the really big socialistic mess that is about to befall us.  But you know... what would have happened in this country if the Confederacy had freed the slaves first?  I'm thinking most likely we would have ended up on the wrong side of WW II and a huge nation in Africa of freed slaves called LeeLandia would play a pivotal roll in liberating the American Jews from the Confederate Riechs internment camps.

So you don't believe I'm a conservative... that's cool, I mean I get it...  I'm just supposed to be a victim who blames everything on you that way you won't have to re-adjust all those statistics you quote to make yourself feel good about your superior morality and work ethic that makes your spirituality and standing so much more valid in Gods sight.

Never mind... my... where did all those chickens come from?  Don't worry... none of them are gay!

I think that CNN is the easiest news channel to watch for me.  I am watching Fareed Zakaria (when I should be in church) and I'm wondering at the fresh point of view.  What does FOX news have that is equivalent to this?  I mean I don't watch news 24/7 so FOX may have news from a middle eastern point of view... if it does please let me know.

I really love the freedom of speech.  Why is it that CNN decided to put this program on when those who need to see and hear this point of view most are listening to pro-Israel Christian sermons in our own version of capitalistic radical fundamentalism?  Must be the Cialis commercials...

Atanyrate (to replace my usual "Anywho")...

I kinda like FOX news channel... but when I don't feel like being talked to in that "don't you agree with me?" tone I watch CNN.  Fareed Zakaria's show handled Iran and had a Nobel Peace Prize winning Iranian woman whose name I didn't catch.  And he also had two egg heads... one a former Undersecretary and the other a New York Professor discussing the new Russian problem.

Oh boy.... just turned to "On the Record with Greta Van Susteren"... I've left this show alone cause my sanity and sense of well being insist that Hannity and O'Reilly are enough bold fresh pieces of humanity for one week.

News is important to me.  I think FOX News Network would do well to find a bold fresh piece of humanity that grew up in say ... Palestine... You know... moved here when he or she was 12 to 18 and has an American slash Palestinian point of view without being connected to anything but an average citizens living experience.

There are no white people.  White... if you are white then your guilt will remain.  If you are stuck on considering yourself white then take all that means and wrap it up in yourself and all at once be Jesus, Moses, Superman and Joe the Plumber...

For Pete's sake what is the point in all this overcharged right racial rhetoric except to make being white alright?  And of course it's all right to be born a descendant of German, English, French, Slavic, Nordic ad infinitum and nauseum... How about we start to take the advice of a great man and "avoid foolish controversies and genealogies and arguments and quarrels about the law"? (Titus 3:8-10 NIV) And start doing things that are "excellent and profitable for everyone."

Aren't you tired of it all?  Tell you what... I'll be a white man today so I can feel guilty for looking down on the black man.  What happend here?  Who told you it was ok to make so many polarizing blogs, news stories and commentaries and call it anything but double talk.  If you are White then your White Guilt remains.  Why can't you White People understand that?

You say "Well... then what about Black people?"  What about them?   If you weren't so White then they wouldn't have to so Black would they?  If you weren't perpetually complaining about how hard you work, how moral you think you are and how wonderfully helpful you've tried to be then their wouldn't be this incredible sense of entitlement from those you consider to look down your pale noses at.

I'm a bit of both... you know... I've apologized to myself for all that cotton.  Why can't you also be a bit of both?  Try it... be a bit black and be a bit white and you can hate yourself and despise yourself all at the same time... unless of course you apologize to yourself like I did or simply decide to drop the whiteness from your black reasonings.

And that's my opinion

In April of this Year our President signed the Second Chance Act of 2007.  One of the reasons I liked the former Governor of Texas is that he came clean in more ways than one before he even ran for president.  I think folks are forgetting the compassion and the heart this bumbling human has.  I think folks forget sometimes that even The President of the United States is human.

President Bush gave us a look at The Armies of Compassion when he signed the Second Chance act.  He showed the true spirit of conservative grace that makes us great as a nation.  I think where liberals and conservatives have the biggest problem agreeing is in the point of how to help and how to govern.  Welfare used to be big business and welfare checks made many drug cartels extremely wealthy.  Now we've been enlightened a bit and are looking to put money into helping folks recover from poverty by addressing issues that bring about poverty in folks lives.  This is a conservative value that made faith based initiatives so appealing... it's the sound wisdom of not blowing a trumpet as you give alms and not letting the left hand know what the right hand doeth.

BUT!

We got away from all that didn't we?  Got tired of liberals making off with our glory and criticising our good intentions.   We took abuse as conservatives and our religious right began being outwardly critical and reacted to abusive criticism with strait talk expressly preached for those already in the Chior.  We thought the base was still the majority and morality would win the day since the best thing since sliced bread was still the wonder of American Christianity.

Perhaps it's time to practice what we've forgotten.  It is the kindness of our God... the overwhelming grace and forgiveness of God that leads men to repentence. (I know I know... but myfox DC doesn't have a Faith Blog)  And if we the conservatives want to go around using scripture to criticize than well... boy oh boy somebody tell Ward he really is being way to hard on the Beaver.  June needs to step in and step it up and explain gently the wisdom of the ancient paths...  well... that may be happening "don'tcha know...".

Anywho...

Blogging is fun.  I really wonder at those of you using Christian scripture to justify your horribly insulting and condescending presentation of conservative values.  Stop it please... and realize that as the vote on California's prop 8 shows there could have very well been a black conservative candidate of merit.    However... there is still alot of in your face closet racism in the party of Lincoln.  So please wake up and smell the restitution... do something great... do something wonderful... come back with the come back  or they'll be crowning President Elect Obama King by 2012.

Bill O'Reillys show tonight is touting a Internet video with a black woman calling Barack Obama the Anti-Christ... I haven't seen it yet and was thinking about making myself some dinner but 30 minutes into the show I'm still waiting to see this story.  But first good ole Bill has went to the Prop 8 issue and questioned why blacks in California voted most heavily for prop 8 and at the same time overwhelmingly voted for Obama... wow... that's the latest trend isn't it?  I mean it seems like many are so surprised that blacks don't like the idea of equal rights for gays so that somehow makes us suspect of being ... being.... uhhh... I guess it's another double reverse you're just as racist as you accuse me of being spin off.

So... Bill buffalo's some young black PhD to explain about us blacks and how we voted here in California... yeah... the poor brainiac couldn't explain it to the simple minded bold fresh piece of humanity.  And of course with 5 seconds left bold Bill got the PhD consultant to agree with yet another "if that had happened to a black person" cheap shot.  He was referring to a cross being knocked out of an elderly woman's hand  at a protest against prop 8.

Anywho...

OK so now he's mad at Palin for taking up so much air time.  Denis Miller props him up with innuendo about Palin and why folks are fascinated by her.  Personally I think it's the accent... that's why I watched the movie "Fargo" three times don'tcha know.

I can't believe I'm still sitting here... Bill O'Reilly or dinner... Oh... well... Miller gives a ranting root for Obama and thanks Bush for no further terrorist attacks.

OK... Next up Bills got the video from the internet and calls it "ANTI OBAMA HATE" and boy he sure waited to find one by a black cause I googled it on youtube and you can find plenty internet vids calling Obama the Anti Christ.  You know... I just think this whole show gives me the creeps and I should be watching CNN but then... nothing to blog about.

Okayyyy, how anti climactic.  Bill gives us a mentally disturbed woman teaching a child to say bad words about the President Elect.  The woman tells the child to say "F" Obama and goes on to say Obama is the Anti-Christ.  So Bill thinks the FBI should find out who the girl is because she's crazy and that her child is in danger.

Again... google it on youtube and you will find a host of videos about Obama being the Anti Christ.  Haven't found any quite so disturbing but it's really suspect that this should be the first one to get aired on a cable News Network.  I say suspect cause it's not really that shocking considering the current religious, social and political climate in our nation.  Well... to Bill's credit he didn't spin it... he just reported it.

Bill just seems to spin things to me by the series of stories presented.  The whole show seemed to have an underlying theme of blacks being just as racist as those they consider racist.  Bill spun without spinning and I guess the jury is still out.

Fox News makes watching the news annoying and fun...  Dinner for now... can't take Hannity on an empty stomach... oh look!  Newt is with him!  They both still have jobs...

You know.... I've taken to comedy cause I like to think I don't take myself too seriously.  But on the real tip I have to balance this against what happens in my heart when I read my first blog that I wrote on myfox St Louis.  I remember how I felt and why I wrote it.  I had been knowingly and maliciously treated by a local police force and was distressed by what I was seeing people in power say on the news to the reports that St Louis was the murder capital of the USA.

You know... I wanted to attack apathy but at the same time throw some ideas at it.  So I want to quote some portions of my very first blog from October 2006 (can be found using archive menu).

"Changing St Louis for the better by...

Attacking Residual Racism with Political Correctness

How can we make St Louis a better place to live? How about taking a good hard look at residual racism and political correctness. I think it’s time for some standard operational procedures to be changed so that St Louis can start avoiding the appearance of racism. It’s time for some folks in power to know that there is a wide spread problem of perception that cannot be ignored. We can and should project the substance of racial harmony, understanding and change. We can and should call for accountability but we first have to invoke a spirit of brotherhood and community concern that leads to the establishment of media and mission."

See... I have a hard time with that cause I thought even as I wrote it "who the hell am I?"  I mean trying to write like I've got a Ph'd after my name.  I remember though that I was fearful and irate all at the same time as I huddled around my keyboard and tried to make sense of what I was going through at the time due to the actions of one lying cop.  I was looking at the ends of the earth cause well... I'm the sort that overreacts to stressful situations.  However... I've been known to show alot of creativity during my overreactions and well... I give myself a B+ for the above italics.

Anywho... (I love that word... my mom used to say it all the time... she won't cop to it though.)  So I go on to make a list of possible solutions to the area of apathy...

"St. Louisan’s can start making the city safer by 1. Supporting local missions and holding them accountable for integrity and results! Get some of that faith based initiative money for either established missions or brand new ones. Consider if the present missions are helping or hindering. 2. Local mass media and citizens should do more investigative reporting on local police forces and make sure that training, personnel and pay are more than adequate. And 3. Do not ignore the issues of homelessness, alcoholism and drug addiction. I strongly encourage folks to look for the many professionals out there who want to help with entrepreneurial pursuits that will improve the plight of the less fortunate."

But you know.... sometimes you wake up and you go..."If I help that person someone will only have to do it again."  I know this all to well cause I that guy, you know?  I mean, God, the Universe and Everything have conspired against me and helped me out plenty.  It is all a matter of perception but in the end result I can only do what I can do.  If that means I can motivate alot of folks in a direction then great!  But don't tell me if it happens cause then I'll brag about it and lose all my treasures in heaven.

So to summerize and lastly and in conclusion thererfore... I've been looking lately for solutions to the problems in front of my own face... my problems... and it's been cool to do that.  Seems to me that my first blog preaches most soundly to my own behavior and how to make my own life better.  I looked at my very first blog today... and I'm real glad I did.  Thanks for reading this with me... and thankyou Myfox Blogs.

I like Big Band Music...  alot of it I noticed is played at 120 beats per minute which gives it that wonderful feeling of timed tempo, that tick tock says the clock sort of feel.  This got me thinking... I know kids hate adults but we did get a few things right in the last century.  I think one of those things we as Americans got right was music.  Big Band and Jazz and Hollywood/New York show tunes gave us a perfect heartbeat to prepare us all for better things to come.  When Lena Horne got inserted into a movie... or Sachmo and Ella... all of the sudden there was a feel that America wasn't always going to be ... that way.

Now we do our own thing and sometime we insert and sometimes we don't... sometimes we link up and sometimes we don't... sometimes we really just be well... we, us, all of us and that's just fine by those kids who were starting to really get fed up with us.  So they took us down what they think will be the road to righteousness and whilst making us listen to their completely horrible music we may all actually be learning something.

Perhaps the Perfect Heartbeat is 60 per Minute still and Duke, Dorsey, James, Miller and Basie...  Mulligan, Holiday, Hampton and Zoot... and all those countless others who whispered a message of unity through a tune can be played at the next retro High School jam.  Then Parker, Young and Shaw... Sinatra, Davis and Martin...  will come and do that dance with our kids again and the whisper will be forgotten and the message no longer needed and our hearts will all beat in time with the tick tock of the clock.

Stop all your gloom and doom whining would ya!

First off... I warned and warned and warned that political incorrectness and hard line conservatism wrapped up in some back water version of "I'm the only one who does any work around here" Christianity was shooting the candidacy of John Mc Cain in the foot.

And Secondly... those of you super hard working morality lip serving hateful speech seeking wonder breads who warned and warned about how evil an Obama presidency would be.   Well...  guess we'll find out now won't we?  Wow... pride really does go before a fall... but in your cases it seems to come after too. You would condemn us to rioting in the streets? You would maybe like to see a little domestic hickory stick terrorism?

The most surprising thing about this election is absolutely nothing.  You could see and hear the palpable fear and unattractiveness of Wright Wing Nut Jobs writing and commentary that got the Obama elected. Just because you refuse to see your own condescension and arrogance doesn't mean it isn't there. I talked about this in several of my blogs but all the right wing nut jobs are here to destroy the validity of the conservative cause.

You know... some call him devil and others call him Messiah.  But probably like most of us Barack Hussein Obama is somewhere in the middle.  Ahhhh...  I'm sorry to all those turned off by the Wing Nut Job majority in the Republican Party.  Perhaps now they will learn to stop burping their condescension, patriotism and accusatory questions all over the rest of us.  Perhaps now they will realize that being a political party means being an attraction and that effective presentation doesn't mean using parental bully-ism.

And that's my opinion,

Peter Skinner

Firs of all I have to say two names when I bring up our President...  Colin Powell and Condoleeza Rice.  Does anyone think to say that these two individuals had a profound affect on Mr President Elect Obama's campaign?  Does anyone think to say that by default even our President had an effect on American History in such a way that many could envision an African American in a high position.

Gerorge W. Bush made a lot of mistakes... he may be talked about as being a failure as our president for years to come.  But one thing I see is that his staff appointments set the stage for a multi-cultural and multi-ethnic Executive Branch.  His humanity, I believe, will be evident for years to come as he and his wife Laura embark on more leisurely and I'm sure philanthropic pursuits.

President George W. Bush gave us a look at what African Americans look like in high ranking positions.  I think that should be considered a big part of his legacy.
