Dismissing privacy concerns, a federal judge overseeing a $1 billion copyright-infringement lawsuit against YouTube has ordered the popular online video-sharing service to disclose who watches which video clips and when.

U.S. District Judge Louis L. Stanton authorized full access to the YouTube logs after Viacom Inc. and other copyright holders argued that they needed the data to show whether their copyright-protected videos are more heavily watched than amateur clips.

The data would not be publicly released but disclosed only to the plaintiffs, and it would include less specific identifiers than a user's real name or e-mail address.

I find it hard to believe that Viacom will allow  You Tube subscribers to get away with posting copy written materials on You Tube without seeking to prosecute them.  You can bet a worthless Federal Reserve note on that.

Lawyers for Google Inc., which owns YouTube, said producing 12 terabytes of data -- equivalent to the text of roughly 12 million books -- would be expensive, time-consuming and a threat to users' privacy.

The database includes information on when each video gets played, which can be used to determine how often a clip is viewed. Attached to each entry is each viewer's unique login ID and the Internet Protocol, or IP, address for that viewer's computer.

Stanton ruled this week that the plaintiffs had a legitimate need for the information and that the privacy concerns are speculative.

Stanton rejected a request from the plaintiffs for Google to disclose the source code -- the technical secret sauce -- powering its market-leading search engine, saying there's no evidence Google manipulated its search algorithms to treat copyright-infringing videos differently.

The court has yet to rule on Google's requests to question comedians Jon Stewart and Stephen Colbert of Viacom's Comedy Central.

Viacom is seeking at least $1 billion in damages from Google, saying YouTube has built a business by using the Internet to "willfully infringe" copyrights on Viacom shows, which include Comedy Central's "The Daily Show with Jon Stewart" and Nickelodeon's "SpongeBob SquarePants" cartoon.

The lawsuit was combined with a similar case filed by a British soccer league and other parties.

Together, the plaintiffs are trying to prove that YouTube has known of copyright infringement and can do more to stop it, a finding that could dissolve the immunity protections that service providers have when they merely host content submitted by their users.

Though Google said giving the plaintiffs access to YouTube viewer data would threaten users' privacy, Stanton referred to Google's own blog entry in which the company argued that the IP address alone cannot identify a specific individual.

In a statement, Google said it was "disappointed the court granted Viacom's overreaching demand for viewing history. We are asking Viacom to respect users' privacy and allow us to anonymize the logs before producing them under the court's order."

Google did not say whether it would appeal the ruling or seek to narrow it.

Stanton's ruling made only passing reference to a 1988 federal law barring the disclosure of specific video materials that subscribers request or obtain.

Kurt Opsahl, a senior staff attorney with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, said Stanton should have considered that law along with constitutional free-speech rights, including a right to read or view materials anonymously.

He said a user's ID can sometimes include identifying information such as a first initial and last name.

Viacom said it isn't seeking any user's identity. The company said any data provided "will be used exclusively for the purpose of proving our case against YouTube and Google (and) will be handled subject to a court protective order and in a highly confidential manner."

This is not the first time Google has fought the disclosure of user information it had been stockpiling. While gathering evidence for a case involving online pornography, the U.S. Justice Department subpoenaed Google and other search engines for lists of search requests made by their users.

After Google resisted, a federal judge ruled that Google was obliged to turn over only a sample of Web addresses in its search index, not the actual search terms requested.

NORAD INTERCEPTS SINGLE ENGINE PLANE 6 MILES OUT OF D.C.



A propeller driven Cessna 177 was escorted out of restricted air space today after deviating from it's flight plan. It was intercepted just a mere 6 miles out of Washing D.C.
It had taken off from Carroll County airport in north-central Maryland, and entered restricted airspace 30 miles north of Washington at 12:12 p.m. EDT at 1,800 feet with no radio, FAA spokesman Hank Price said.
Michael Kucharek, a spokesman with North American Aerospace Defense Command, or NORAD, said two F-16s were scrambled to intercept the plane as it headed south from Maryland. The aircraft reached a point six miles northwest of the Capitol building before being diverted and escorted by interceptor aircraft to Leesburg, Va., airport where it landed at 12:44 p.m.
Capitol Police Sgt. Kimberly Schneider said the pilot was being interviewed at the Leesburg facility.
So it only took less then 30 minutes for NORAD to intercept the rouge aircraft in this situation yet on 9-11 it took them well over a hour to be scrambled, why? The answer because Cheney wasn't in charge of NORAD today.

Now I'm not saying that what happened isn't a shame and an outrage. I was on route to California that day and was grounded with people who had almost been on one of those planes and knew people that had died, family members and friends. I will never forget that day even if I were to grow senile, and it is for those same people that I think we should take another look at just what happened. One that isn't rigged by the Bush cabinet influence. In any other crime the investigation turns to "Who Profits?" And now years later, we know who has profited,. and it is off the blood of our soldiers. I come from a long line of military men, and even tried to enlist in the late 80's for the Storm but couldn't be accepted due to a reconstruction surgery I had had. I honor those that join and they should be getting far better care on their return then they recive today but the bottom line is...
The elite are making money hand over fist as our nation goes farther and farther into debt to fund an unwinnable war that has more phantom fears then actual threats.
As the dollar falls and this nation comes closer to a third world economy the ramifications of just what 9-11 has done to the out look of our country becomes more hideous then any of us could have ever conceived six years back. NORAD has shown just how effective they can be when left to do the job as designed in the authority of the proper personnel. So then why ever would Cheney gain control of the NORAD operations and then just for a single day. It is stories like this that reminds me of how incompetent we were in a single day, and that just burns my biscuits.

Don't be to quick to jump the Global Warming band wagon.


Like many, when I first saw Al Gore's "An Inconvenient Truth." I was startled to say the least. And I rode the ol' carbon footprint band wagon with the best of em'. But eventually I started to hear or not hear rather, the oppositions argument to this debate. So doing what I had to ta find out, I started researching global warming for my self and read the opposing view. I came to discover global warming really doesn't hold much water.
There is a direct connetion between Global Temp and Sloar Flare activity on the sun.
To think that we are so arrogant as to belive, that we have that much impact on the weather is typically human. The U.N is calling for a 65% reduction in carbon. And already have a global carbon tax waiting for us. As the Founder of the Weather Channel John Coleman wrote in his artical on the Weather Channels website, "It's the greatest scam in history. I'm amazed, appalled and highly offended by it. Global warming; It's a scam." He goes on to say in this interveiw with Glenn Beck that it's a propregated agenda to further the personal gains a certain individuals. And I can't agree more. But once again we are only told what the elite wan't us to be told. Clinton and Obama want an 80% reduction by 2050. Yet no one seems to think of what will happen to the lives of billions of people if that we to become a reality. Poor third world countries that can't even afford natural gas will be band from burning wood to heat their homes. Global carbon taxes will steal wealth from the likes of everyday Joe's and Jane like us. It will be a return to the dark ages with that kind of reduction and yet Carbon has nothing to do with the tempurature on this planet. In the words of George Carlin, "This planet could shake us off like a bad cold." I threw in Glenn Beck special to expose the bogusness of this theroy so be for you jump the wagon with the likes of the Washington Post and other fear pushing apocoliptic Media hear the other side.
This is all about money and taxes and that is the real inconveinent truth.
There have also been quotes such as this, "Those denying global warming are on par with those that deny the holocaust happened."
It's this sort of outlandish comparisions that have mared the scientific community,
when you can't argue against the science the attack the messenger. And that's what they have done. Hyped by the media and back by such movies as The Day After Tomorrow, and the marid amount of holocaustic specials on the History Channel, TLC, and Discovery. This hype has brought about an ungodly amount of legislation for funding this farce through our tax dollars and it's ubsurd.
In the 70's and early 80's the concensus was that the planet was heading for another ice age. So what happened. The one thing the global scientific community has agreed upon is that the earth is warming, but the why is still under dispute.
Sorry Al the verdict is not in over 19,000 top scientist in the field of global weather research do not agree that we as humans have caused this and further more the fact that temperature drives the carbon levels not the other way around. So before you go poping off about the issue be sure to be open minded about BOTH sides of the argument. Not just the one that has been championed on the television.

Students revolt against tyrany in their school.

Out of concern over the recent out pouring of news about Teachers thinking they are some how poilce officers is really becoming,(In my opinion) a major problem.
There are school systems instituting a Three tardy system that will try to impose civil action by the CPS. Since when does the Government have the right to incarserate children for three tardies? Any way the artical that really impressed me was one from Miami.
Yesterday, students and police were injured in an altercation at Miami Edison High School
as reported by NBC6 South Florida. The fight broke out after a warrent was served on Wadson Sagaille on Thursday prompting a protest ralley on Friday.. Which in my opinion is in poor taste. Schools once were a safe haven but the value of our youngs education is more about conforming then actual critical independant thought. So now they have allowed police and others to be agressive against our kids.
"There was an arrest made yesterday, totally unrelated. Apparently the students were not happy about that," said Cmdr. Charles Hurley with the Miami School Board Police Department.
Students said they protested because Sagaille had been put in a chokehold by the school's assistant principal, Javier Perez. Students said they want Perez fired.
"My fellow students scheduled a protest that we have rights, too, in school," Sagaille said.
NBC 6's Gray Hall spoke with a student outside the school who claimed that the assistant principal and a security guard slammed Sagaille to the ground on Thursday. The student said that incident sparked a staged protest on Friday.
"As far as any protest or demonstration, we were not made aware of any planned demonstration," Hurley said. However, students showed NBC 6 fliers that had previously been handed out at the school calling for a "Peaceful Assembly" protest on Friday.
Parents were being asked to be patient as they pick up their children.
"We have begun parent reunification," Hurley said. ( reunification, are you serious.)
"That's on the east side of the building on the basketball courts. It's going to be a very controlled release process whereby parents can come and pick up their students and get them home."(after a thourough background check I'm sure.)
School was dismissed an hour early as parents rushed to the campus to see if their child was involved in the brawl. Cars sat in gridlock east of Interstate 95 on Northwest 62nd Street on Friday afternoon.
"I don't know what happened inside, if my son is OK," said parent Adilie Jean.
Students coming out of the school told NBC 6's Tisha Lewis about what they saw. "Somebody in my class passed out," said student Jude Pierre. "Everybody was crying because of what happened. I saw the cops. Most of the time you say cops are not supposed to use violence against kids. All of that was just violence."
"They grabbed every student and slammed them to the ground," said student Marcus Brown.
"Somebody who had it in their cell phone showed us.""It's just amazing," said student Marylynn Wilson. "People getting bruised and beaten. They had us in the cafeteria, it was hot."
School board and Miami police officers were still investigating the cause of the fight.
"What occurred was this afternoon some of the students became unruly," Hurley said. "There was an arrest made yesterday at the school. The students were evidently upset about the arrest, at which point they began throwing filled milk containers, bottles and other objects at our officers. ( Milk?, come on, they were trowing food.)
The officers, of course, called for emergency backup. At that point, several officers from several different responding agencies came to assist. Once we were here, the crowd continued to become unruly. (Of coarse, they were. Your presence in the schools is what they are protesting about.) There were several officers that were injured as well as some students. Several students have been placed under arrest. "It wasn't immediately clear how many students were injured.
"We don't have any serious injuries," said Ignatius Carroll of Miami Fire Rescue. "There's no stabbing, no shooting. We had a fight between some students and the police department. Several officers received minor injuries. A few students did get a couple of bumps and bruises and they're being attended to by Miami Fire Rescue."
Officers from the Miami Police Department, Miami-Dade Police Department and Miami School Board Police Department responded to the scene.
Hall reported that he counted at least 25 police cruisers outside the school.Chopper 6 overhead showed police officers in riot gear. Miami police said the incident looked more serious that it appeared.
"The city of Miami was the second team of police officers that came on the scene," said Delrish Moss with Miami police.
"This wasn't a situation where shots were fired and chaos reigned. It just looks confusing when you're standing on the outside looking in." (It tends to be confussing when anyone sees the police in riot gear storming a school. Just blow it off...Nothing to see here, Just move along...Nice explaintion the Chief Quimbey.)
Once the scene cleared, there were two very different stories as to what happened at the high school.
Some students said that police were hitting them with batons, throwing them to the ground and pushing them against walls. Police said they were the ones who were attacked.( Right the kids are going to attack the police who have guns and riot gear , which include bullet proof shield , which I'm sure the used to "Subdue " a few kids.
"The police were trying to contain the students," said injured student Jenson Dolce. "They pushed me into the glass when they were pushing the students back into the cafeteria."
Videos seen on several students' cell phones showed the chaos in the school as the riot situation went down inside the cafeteria.
Student Julie David caught the fight on her cell phone."I was scared for my life," she said. "Pregnant girls in there were getting beat in their stomachs.
"According to eyewitnesses, 40 to 50 students took on police and school administrators. Some of the fights spilled out into the streets and were caught on NBC 6 cameras.
"They hit us," one female student said. "They were bruising us, hitting us like animals."
But police disagreed, saying they followed procedure."I was there the entire time," said Miami-Dade Schools Police Chief Gerald Darling. "From what I saw, their actions were appropriate."
Detective Ed Torrens of the Miami-Dade Schools Police Department said 27 students -- both boys and girls -- faced charges such as disorderly conduct, battery on police officers and resisting arrest with violence. All would likely be handled as juvenile cases, (And that's just what Miami needs more kids to literally lose. GOOGLE CPS childeren lost. you'll find that they have lost over 3000 children.) he said. At least 17 students, all minors, were taken to a juvenile jail. The others were taken to an adult jail and processed there.
Several were released late Friday night. Those who weren't released will have their first appearances in court on Saturday.Broward County schools reported a 25 percent increase in reportable incidents in 2007.

As the dollar continues it precarious fall in the global market, Russia(the worlds second largest exporter of oil behind Saudi Arabia) is starting to ask countries to keep Rubles in reserve for the purchase of their oil on the international market.  This move comes on the tail end of the Rubles 30% gain on the dollar.  Already we have seen Russia use its energy resorces to maintain a foot hold in western Europe.  With the dollar falling it's no wonder why Russia is making a push, small though it may be,  to get it's currency to be considered a power house on the international market and with the oil influence it wields it may well work.
  This is a frightening thing considering our dollar is the current world curreny, which means when Kwait sells oil to India it is priced in dollars.  We don't get any benifits for the use of our currency as the international currency, but we diffinetly will feel the impact of it when countries pull away from the teetering dollar to  a more stable currency.  This will prompt a huge flood of dollars into the global market and drive our dollar even lower.  Meaning cost of things in the U.S. will skyrocket as our dollar falls in value.  Linchon stated in the mists of the Civil war when he issued the Greenback system that it shouldn't take a wagon full of dollars to purchase a wagon full of supplies, and this is what will happen when the world moves away from the dollar.   Which I predict will preceed the Fed coming in with the NAU and the Amero as a solution to solve the problem that their system created.
  But we were warned by the Framers of the Constitution of this very situation yet we heeded them not.  So when this comes and it will we have only ourselves to blame.

This is the treatment that is sweeping the police mentality. When will we say enough of the B.S. and start taking these egomaniacs to task?

Stunned this morning whilst reading the AP reports that scientists are working on splicing animal and human DNA, and also the combining of three human DNA strains into embryo's
makes me wonder where do we draw the line? When they are already spitting in the face of the natural order of creation who gave them the authority to play God. The arrogance of their own ignorance is stupifiying. To combine Human and animal DNA is a blasphemist, I don't belive that this is a funded experiment. How dare we, as a speices, manipulate the creation of lifeforms which have no right to exsist. The effects of this kind of science is detremental to the exsistance of not only the human race but that of the ecological structure of the planet,
yet the media thinks this is the best thing since sliced bread. I haven't been this outraged...ever. This is a crime against all of whatever God you chose to belive in and logic in general. It is time to stand up to these Frankstein type of studies. We are not ment to create whatever manimal we feel like trying to hocus pocus into being. Think about that, while you

In a outlandish and thoughtless move Miss. Rep. John Read had co-sponsered a law to ban obese people in his state from eating at resturants.
This is an outrage, regardless of the intention. What is this country coming to when the lawmakers start sponsering bills like this. Isn't enough that the government trys to tell us how to raise our kids, what countries we are allowed to visit, now they want to dictate who can eat where. What's next, we can only drive the cars they say or do only what they say. This country is quickly becoming the new third reicht. I'm not obese nor will I ever be but the point isn't that it is a burden on the medical industry or health issues it is about obeying the government. If the bill stated Blacks or Hispanics couldn't eat at a resturant Read would be thrown out on his own obese arse. The gaul that the lawmakers today have to dictate what should be the behaviors of the populace shows their arrogance, audacity and control issues that demand they be the leaders of what is right and wrong,  yet how many of these lawmakers have been caught (like our Mayor) in the most immoral acts. When these control freaks can get their own lives in order then maybe they will have the ground to stand on but until this unlikely event happens don't dictate to us what you think is right. Collectively what these morons think is right has sent this country to the poor house. This seems remenisant of the pre-crash set up of the Great Depression.

With the U.S. dollar on the decline and gold and oil soaring to record heights I sit pondering the out come of this
economic situation we have found ourselves in.
There is most assuredly a cornocopia of reasons for this sad state of afairs,
From fiscal irresponsability on both the state and federal levels of government.
Over extention of the empirialistic policies of the 20th century,the welfare state and aministy policies. Income tax funded government coups in forein lands, or the hap-hazardous printing of the U.S. dollar to fund classified and unclassified projects that serve the few at the cost of many. But the one that worries me the most of all, a debt generating fiat currancy and all the while promoting rampant consumerism fuled by an advertisement based culture to enslave us in debt.
I find it ironic that the ads spoke of the prestidge of having the biggest gas guzzling SUV you can afford and America bought them in record numbers...A huge shot in the arm for the auto industry. But to the consumer, now with gas prices through the roof, a dollar that is behind Canada's and a $300 car note...it's a shot bellow the belt.
Now we begin to see, here in Michigan what happens when the bottom drops out of the dollar in a city that had all it's eggs in one basket. And the scarist thing of all is that it will only get worse.
As the U.S. Dollar falls and things get tougher across the nations there will be less capital in America to purchase the bread and butter of Detroit...Big Three Auto's.
We have already seen, (here in Detroit) the slow steady trickle of impoted parts that were the backbone of local small business become a torrent. The shuting of plants that help create ghost towns like Flint. All the while the auto industries telling us not to fear as they pollute the surroundings and letting their abandoned properties fall into ruins
Michigan has been a topic on the Debate floor as we are used to pay lip service to economic change...though only Ron Paul seems to have any realistic plan to steady the ship of our crumbling economy before it is dashed upon the rocks. The bottom line is that the only change we are likely to see (barring a mirical)is more out sourcing and fewer jobs.
As the nation falls further into recession we might very well see the big Three packing up operations and heading to China. To think that they will chose to stay in this country as it's economy falls and taxes are raised to cover the debt from over barrowing and inflation would be corporate suicide.
It would only make sense to place your factories closer to the source of parts not to mention the fact that Chinas government policies quite frankly make a union impossible to start or even maintain if you did. Which behoves the big three's executives I'm sure.
In 2006 CBS reported that Ford Motor set record sales in China selling 82,225 vehicles, Ford projected further growth ahead. The article goes on to say, "For Ford Motor Company in China, 2005 represented a record year of sales increases," said Cheng in the statement. "We're quite confident that Ford Motor Company as a whole will again see a significant growth in total sales volume in China in 2006."
It also spoke of General Motors topping the list of imports.
GM said on Jan. 4 that its China sales in 2005 rose 35.2 percent to a record 665,390 vehicles, showing it had surpassed VW, which reported it had sold 570,876 vehicles in China last year without providing a percentage change.
These stats and hearing from a source inside TyhssenKrupp (a Lichtichstien based parts company whom supplies shocks, struts, steering systems and drivetrain componance  amoungst a slue of  electronical parts to Ford) that the sales staff have been more and more often  going to Mexico, Brazil,  and China for the Sales meeting for Ford auto.

"While I am very negative on the autos sector over the next 12 to 18 months, I'm just not sure how bad it could be," York, a former board member of General Motors Corp (GM.N: Quote, Profile, Research) and chief financial officer of Chrysler, said at the Reuters Autos Summit in Detroit. "We all know housing is a debacle."

U.S. light auto sales could slip to 15.5 million or less next year, York said. That would be down from near 16 million this year, a drop of 3 percent to mark the second consecutive annual decline and the lowest tally since 1998.

Stallkamp, a partner at private equity firm Ripplewood Holdings, which owns several auto parts makers, said the market could slump to 14.5 million, the lowest level since 1993.

"I'd say it's somewhere between 14.5 (million) and 15 (million), somewhere in there and it's hard to tell," he said. "Today, I'm a little more towards 14.5 (million)."

Granted the Big Three aren't turning those kinds of numbers in China...yet.
And yet is the key word, the market there has a Billion people. If ten percent of their population in the next few years have thier standard of living go up to the point they could afford a GM or Ford, or just as fisable their economy booms and the yen gains large ground in the fiat money system, could cause lights out for the American people and usher in a Depression unlike we have never seen.
I wonder where the auto industries loyalties lie, in the people whom they have lied to and and renigged on. Or in the international banks where their monies lie.
I fear that we may see, sooner then we think.

Redden: I'd like to begin this interview by asking you about the flu. Many of my friends are sick, and I've read a number of news stories which say that people are sick around the world. So many people are sick that hospital emergency rooms are swamped and doctors are postponing surgeries. But at the
same time, the mainstream media is not referring to this outbreak as an epidemic. So let me ask you, is there a flu epidemic underway or not?

Horowitz: There has been for quite some time, but the authorities are suppressing the news about it. It's only been recently that the mainstream media has acknowledged that hospital emergency rooms are filled with patients with this bizarre upper respiratory infection that doesn't quite seem to be a virus, a flu that the flu vaccines were ineffective against, that was a surprise and a complete mystery to the Centers for Disease Control authorities.

That's all hogwash, bogus nonsense. The fact of the matter is, we have seen this type of an epidemic since the end of 1998 and the beginning of 1999. People have been hacking and coughing with this bizarre illness that does not seem to follow any logical viral or bacterial onset and transition period. It was
something that did not cause a high fever.

If it was a bacterial or viral infection, it would have caused a fever in these people. It didn't. It was something that lasted weeks, if not months. They had sinus congestion, sinus drainage, they had a cough, they had fatigue, general malaise, they felt they were not quite right.

Redden: Then is it fair to call this the flu, or is it something else?

Horowitz: I think it's only fair to call it flu-like. It is pathognomonic of, not a bacterial or viral infection, it is pathognomonic of a fungus or a fungus related to a flu. And that's exactly what has been developed and patented by the Armed Forces Research Institute of Pathology.

We've reprinted the patent report in the new book, Healing Codes for the Biological Apocalypse. We show you the report on the "pathogenic mycoplasma." That's a quote, "pathogenic mycoplasma." And if you know anything about mycoplasmas, myco indicates fungal, but yet mycoplasma is not really a fungus, it's not really a bacteria, it's not really a virus. It's sort of like a pseudo all of them. It has no cell wall, it goes deep into the cell nuclei thereby making it very difficult to mount an immune response against.

Redden: And it's man-made...

Horowitz: It's man-made. It can be used as a biological weapon. It was developed as an AIDS vaccine-related organism. It was extracted from AIDS patients. It is responsible for virtually all of the symptoms which AIDS patients suffer from. The AIDS virus is at best a co-factor, and not even such a strong co-factor as to bring on all of the symptoms of AIDS.

This particular organism, the micoplasma, is associated with this upper respiratory flu-like illness. And it's also associated in its pathogenic process with a whole variety of other symptoms that mimic AIDS.

Redden: And that's what you think is causing this epidemic?

Horowitz: That's only one of the factors. The patent report lays it out. Like how you can use a factor like that to cause chronic upper respiratory infections just like what is going on. I mean, virtually identical to what's going on. It's patented by the Armed Forces Research Institute of Pathology.

Redden: How did it get out of the lab and into the general population?

Horowitz: There's only speculation and the most likely thesis that I'm looking at is through contaminated vaccines, contaminated blood supplies. I don't know any other suitable mode of transmitting that kind of infectious agent.

Redden: What about the current controversy over chemtrails - the theory that airplanes are spraying the population with some kind of chemical or biological weapon. As I understand it, a number of researchers believe that many of the contrails in the skies these days are not the normal contrails formed by high-flying jets, but are actually trails of chemical or biological agents which spread out and then fall on the earth. Could this mycoplasma be
transmitted to the population through chemtrails?

Horowitz: I don't relate it to the chemtrails. I don't believe that this particular organism could be suitably spread that way. But I believe the chemtrails are responsible for a chemical intoxication of the public, which would then cause a general immune suppression, low grade to high grade, depending on
exposure. An immune dysfunction, which would then allow people to become susceptible to opportunistic infections, such as this micoplasma and other opportunistic infections.

Redden: So you believe that high-flying planes are, in fact, spraying something on the population that the theory is real?

Horowitz: There's no question that it's real. There's no doubt about that. I first began to investigate chemtrails when some were sprayed over my home in Northern Idaho. I took pictures of them, and then contacted the Environmental Protection Agency of the state. When I contacted their directors, they
were clueless and referred me to the Air Force.

They then got me in touch with Centers for Disease Control Toxicology, and after about a week I received a letter from one of their chief toxicologists saying, indeed there was some amount of ethylene dibromide in the jet fuel. Now, ethylene dibromide is a known human chemical carcinogen that was
removed from unleaded gasoline because of its cancer-causing effects. Now suddenly it has appeared in the jet fuel that apparently high-altitude military aircraft are emitting.

Redden: Why has ethylene dibromide been added to jet fuel?

Horowitz: When you examine who owns the fuel, who are the fuel company directors, suddenly you enter into the realm of the Rockefeller family and the royal families, Standard Oil and British Petroleum. And what are their other agendas? Suddenly now you see their documents, showing that they have funded, historically, eugenics, racial hygiene, genocide, depopulation, family planning, maternal and child health where they make and deliver vaccines, and contaminated blood supplies.

These are the banksters, the same people who run the blood banking as well as the money banking industries. In both Emerging Viruses and Healing Codes, I reference a great book by Dr. John Coleman, who worked as a British Secret Service agent at the highest levels. And he articulated very clearly who was running those companies.

It all goes back, ultimately, to the highest level of the royal family. The Bush family, Rothschild family, the Rockefeller money, and the entire Rockefeller establishment is based on Rothschild money and royal families. So you begin to then, at least, put forward a possible theory, that if you can't explain
it rationally and any other way, I think you've got to begin to consider conspiracy theories. And once you eliminate the negative label that you've placed on conspiracy theories per se, because that's been demonized, as has the terms holistic medicine, holistic health.

Redden: Naturopathic

Horowitz: Naturopathy. I mean these labels get placed and as soon as they do, you know, it begins to wave red flags and people avoid those things. But, you know, when you really just define a conspiracy as is defined in Websters, as two or more people getting together behind closed doors covertly and planning something unethical, immoral, illegal and then carrying it out, that's a conspiracy. So that's now what you're looking at, at the highest levels.

You're looking at decision-makers who have, for whatever reasons, decided to put this toxic waste into jet fuels for human exposure, what ultimately's going to be human exposure. And it just so happens that these same people have put a lot of money into reducing world populations. So now you ask yourself, when it comes to testing human subjects like American citizens unwittingly, unwillingly, who sprays toxins out of airplanes over San Francisco, kills people that way, who sprays biologicals on the Pennsylvania turnpike that induce death?

Who has done that historically, as clearly articulated in the Frank Church congressional hearings of 1975, has been Central Intelligence Agency biological weapons contracting firms, such as Litton Bionetics, such as the Army Corp of Engineers when they were developing and utilizing these various biologicals. And this is all done under black operations, covert operations, where they get funding and congressional people are never informed really where this money is going. It's the black budget.

Redden: As I understand it, this is not just an American epidemic, but it's gone across Europe.

Horowitz: That's right. And so have the chemtrails. I've got colleagues over there, I've got colleagues in the Bahamas, Bermuda, Toronto, British Columbia all reporting the same bizarre seeding of the atmosphere. It's horrible. What is going on is just despicable.

Redden: One reason I'm interested in this subject is, I personally know three people who had the exact same thing happen to them. First they came down with flu-like symptoms which didn't go away. Then they went to the doctor, and the doctor said their flu had developed into a bacterial infection and
we can give you antibiotics for that. Then they were all given a brand new antibiotic they had never taken before, and they all had serious allergic reactions.

Horowitz: Right. Isn't that fascinating?

Redden: What happened to them?

Horowitz: OK, that's a great question. I'm glad you asked that because I should have mentioned it before. What you're looking at with this upper respiratory infection is that it is a multi-factorial illness. It's associated with a variety of chemical and biological co-factors. Just like with AIDS, it's not the
AIDS virus that ultimately kills, it's co-factor microbes such as the micoplasma. What you have could be described as an ideal Russian biological cocktail. And I suppose it's called Russia biological cocktail because the Americans likely invented it.

What they determined would be the best biological chemical warfare approach was a combination of chemicals and biologicals, so that it would be very difficult to diagnose and then treat the illnesses. Moreover, it would be very difficult to trace where they came from. If you've got, say, ethylene
dibromide coming out of the jet fuels that is causing immune suppression and weakening your immune system, and then you've got a mycoplasma microbe or a fungus that causes an upper respiratory illness, suddenly you develop a secondary bacterial infection.

Now you get hit with antibiotics, and the antibiotics cause your body chemistry to go acidic, so now you get rashes and other things, your liver gets full of toxins and comes out through your skin in rashes and they get hyperallergenic reactions associated with the other chemicals. So all of a sudden now,
you realize that you've got a human being who is completely out of balance and infected by two, three or four microbial co-factors as well as intoxicated by a variety of different chemicals.

Redden: A point of clarification. Are You saying that the fungus is working with the chemtrails and the antibiotic to make people sick?

Horowitz: Exactly. And you've got somebody who's going to be chronically ill. And in the contemporary warfare arena, where experts in biological chemical warfare convene and discuss the ways that are ideal to conduct warfare today, to really take an enemy out, you don't want to kill the people. You
want to produce people who are chronically ill and become dependent on the state and totally sap the resources of the country.

And then you can move in further with your military-medical-industrial complex, your international medical-pharmaceutical cartel. And then you sell these
beleaguered and defeated countries all of the pharmaceuticals and chemicals that they need to maintain any semblance of healthy function.

Redden: So you've got a work force that can work, but they're too tired after they finish working to...

Horowitz: That's exactly it. They're completely depleted. They can't put together a military; you create a dependence and thereby you weaken the population, and weakened populations are easy to control. So you've got population control, and you make vast fortunes doing it, versus just blowing up a nuclear weapon and devastating the infrastructure that you own. You and your colleagues own that infrastructure. You want to get rid of the people. You don't want to get rid of infrastructure.

What I'm relating to you now is not speculation. If you were to read the top experts analysis of military warfare, such as what is articulated in The Report From Iron Mountain, which even the authorities, they say that this is a hoax, a satire, but, you know, there's nothing funny about it. The propaganda, the spin that they put on it is that the document is a satire. But when you read it, there's nothing funny about it.

Redden: You mentioned the Rockefellers. You think the Rockefeller family is one of the major players in this conspiracy?

Horowitz: Oh, absolutely. One of the major players in world genocide, world population reduction. That's no mystery anymore. I mean, you even have some mainstream publishing companies, such as St. Martin's Press, writing the most horrific exposes of the Rockefeller family. You have Oxford University Press, publishing, for example, Christopher Simpson's work, called The Science of Coercion, where he proves that virtually the entire scientific and particularly health science agenda was laid out by the Rockefeller family.

In the 1920's, the federal government was giving very little money for public health. Where the huge investment in public health in the United States came from was the Rockefeller financial coffers, you know. They were behind it all. And so, already by the 30's, the early 1930's, who was responsible for
the primary viral research investments, public health looking at cancer, who created the cancer industry in the 1920's, was the Rockefellers, all the Rockefeller money.

And if you didn't go along with that particular money making population controlling agenda as a health scientist or health professional you were traditionally demoted, defunded, ostracized. And then if you kept it up, you were persecuted and then jailed. I know many, many people who have gone through that.



And once again it seems these shady programs are once again funded by one of the International Bankers...How many times do we need to see these connections in cases of pure demonic disregard for human life to take a stand?
Without the Federal Reserve these people would no longer have the endless capital of the American taxes to perpurtrate these hanious crimes against humanity.
To understand how these people think you must understand their philosophic leaders, men such as Karl Marx and Lennin, they subscribe to ugenics and population control as the Nazi did, (hence their support of the Nazi movement in 1930's Germany and in 21st century America) The Nazi's never lost...and we must come to know this...and they control our money .
They have long profited off the misery of humanity.
Ancestors of the ruthless rum running pirates, and opium profiteers, these men of vast power have back both sides of every war, only to reap the profits of intrest owed for money lent to the warring nations. They organize charities to help further their ambitions and blantantly disregard any ethics or morality.
They belive that we, the lower classes have no knowledge or right to govern ourselves and that it is their divine right to rule us with an iron rod.
They see existance as a vast chess game of extaordinary excitement where each square on the board holds yet another board and so on. They have taken many of humanity's pieces off the board but we can still play...and win.
As the battlefield shifts under our feet from conventional warfare to a war of information and disinformation we need to stand firm lest we lose our footing.

Victoria Hardy March 03, 2007 The last couple days in North Carolina have been beautiful, warm enough to sit in the sun with only a t-shirt and watch the birds prepare for spring. I love nature, there is nothing like the smell of dirt as the ground begins thawing after a long winter or the excitement of seeing seedlings poke their heads out of the ground for the first time; I guess part of me is still the kid that likes to dig in the dirt. I also believe that spending time in nature is a great way to connect with God and the flow of life and creativity that exists on the earth. Although my joy this year has been hampered by the sight of the planes overhead littering the skies with ropey trails and the accompanying sense of confusion and dismay that other people don’t see them, don’t care or don’t know.

Yes I’m talking about chemtrails, I've written a few other articles about them, which have received minimal attention, but still I persist. (1) (2) (3) Since I haven’t come to any conclusions in my own mind and thoughts of chemtrails send me into metaphysical theory, I’ve reached out to others in the very small field of study. Dr. Stephen D. McKay recently sent me an email and shared the news that he has been contacted by the BBC and Channel 4 in the U.K. to work on two documentaries about weather modification and geo-engineering projects, including the chemtrail issue. And yesterday I received his findings after six years of research into the subject.

Dr. McKay (photos)believes there are four ongoing projects in our atmosphere, “The first project is an effort to block the rays of the sun from hitting the earth including the ultra violet radiation that will come through without an adequate layer of ozone in the upper regions above the earth. This, it is hoped, will lower temperature on the surface of the earth and block ultra violet radiation from causing skin cancer in humans. The aerosol is probably aluminum oxide or a compound that would have similar properties.”

“The second and most secretive project is the United States Navy's, RFMP, Radio Frequency Mission Planner, military program. The RFMP is the system name given to a group of computer programs and one of the supporting, subprograms within the RFMP system is called the VTRPE computer program. VTRPE is an acronym that stands for Variable Terrain Radio Parabolic Equation, It is a computer Radio Frequency propagation program that deals with radio waves and enables the RFMP system to visually see the battlefield terrain in 3 dimensions (3-D) on a television screen. The RFMP system also depends on satellites to feed their images of the battlefield into the RFMP system to be combined with the battlefield picture painted from the ground thus producing 3-D images.”

”By providing an extremely interactive and visual (television type radar screens) environment, the Radio Frequency Mission Planner, RFMP system allows the computer operator to develop familiarity with the "Radio Frequency" environment before a battlefield war mission occurs by playing a variety of "what-if" virtual warfare scenarios on his computer screen. Since all major modes of Radio Frequency propagation are modeled in his computer, (RFMP system), special, sometimes counter- intuitive, cases can be examined in detail and exploited during a warfare battle mission.”

”The VTRPE computer program only worked accurately over water and along coastal areas but not over land masses because the system's radar waves required an atmospheric condition known as "ducting", over land, to operate accurately.”

”The government and military solved the "ducting" problem by releasing an aerosol, a mixture of barium salts into the atmosphere over America. They made an atmospheric RF duct with a base of barium aerosol from aircraft. The chemical and electrical characteristics of the mixture will cause water moisture to stay in clouds. Again, the aerosol sets up an electrical and chemical environment that supports RF ducting for the RFMP / VTRPE warfare system. Fibers with barium may support ducting. The mixture of barium salt aerosol when sprayed in a straight line will also provide a ducting path from point A to point B and will enable high frequency communications along that path, even over the curvature of the earth, in both directions. Enemy high frequency communications can be monitored easier with the straight line A to B ducting medium.”

”The third project also utilizes the mixture of barium salts in the atmosphere. Weather control is a project of the U.S. Air Force and utilizes Nikola Tesla concepts of radio frequency radiation (HAARP) against the ionosphere above the earth. Fragile life support systems in our environment are being manipulated, tested and altered by government for military advantage. Air Force documents implied, "the risks are high but the rewards are worth it." The mixture of barium salts, supporting moisture, is encouraged along the weather fronts and manipulated in a control fashion. It is believed microwave energy is also utilized in the weather control program. Weather data is also a required input to the VTRPE program of the RFMP system. Perfected weather control technology will enable a military to withhold rain, cause floods, cause drought, cause storms, withhold sunshine, damage food crops, and bring any country to its knees without firing a shot.”

”The fourth project in the atmosphere is the DARPA, Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, biological detection and decontamination programs. The program also utilizes the mixture of barium salts as the base vehicle in aerosol along with special polymer fibers in the atmosphere. They have released biological into the atmosphere in trials, testing the detection and decontamination systems.”

”It is believed that barium salt, polymer fibers and other chemicals, in the atmosphere are the physical irritants that are either directly or indirectly responsible, for the recent epidemic increase in cases of nose bleed, asthma, allergies, pneumonia, upper respiratory symptoms and a noticeable increase in arthritis symptoms, recently reported nationwide. Chemicals illegally sprayed into the atmosphere are producing atmospheric and ground conditions detrimental to human and animal health but favorable to the growth of harmful molds and fungus. These conditions are not conducive to good health. The soluble salts of barium, an earth metal, are toxic in mammalian systems. They are absorbed rapidly from the gastrointestinal tract and are deposited in the muscles, lungs, and bone. No case data is available from the medical community on the long term effects of barium in the human body.”

”The programs are secret because the Federal EPA and State Environmental Quality Agencies need to "not know" about what the by-products of the metabolites of biological, illegal and harmful agents are. It's for that reason the project has been declared secret from the citizens of the countries.”

So, now we know and it is as much as we suspected, so I guess the question becomes, what next? As I enjoyed the fine southern weather the last couple days and watched planes, sometimes five at a time, leave their trails across the sky, I heard we were expecting a terribly violent storm and I wondered, why doesn’t everyone see the pattern?

And again the door to my philosophical brain springs open with a thousand questions and few answers, I’ve heard many express that seeing the chemtrails was life-changing, most remember the date as one would a traumatic experience, but I know that life-changing experiences only make us stronger. I’ve heard others express the idea that becoming aware of the activity overhead felt like they had been called, or chosen, for a greater purpose, similar to the characters in the movie Close Encounters of the Third Kind. But most just speak of fear, death and disease raining from the clouds and I am suggesting that if this a nefarious plot by the global elitist to harm humanity, then fear is exactly how they would expect us to feel and it is our duty to rise above that emotion.

Breaking the majestic landscape of Alaska, the last great American frontier is the site facility of HAARP (High Frequency Active Auroral Research) originally patented by Benard Eastland, working off of previous patents of the 19th century inventor Nikola Tesla. The project started out when ARCO approached Eastland intrested in his patents in 1984 to, "Make use of the natural gas in the North shelf of Alaska," he states in the documentry Holes In Heaven. He goes on to say, to really understand the amount of natural gas. It is enough to run the entire power grid for the U.S. for one year."
He also states that his patents were originally designed for military applications similar to Ronald Reagans Star Wars plan as it was named by the media. Didn't that get voted down once before?
Yet here is...the exact same voted down project under a new guise, spun a different way. This time brought in by the Industrial complex, to buy bypass legislation to the same Capital Hill that voted it down before.
And then was contracted by the government for "Reasearch", we as tax payers fund.
But more of that later.
First things first. I had heard about Tesla but not enough to do any kind of essay on him.
So off to the search engines I went.
I found that there are the typical cable channel blow overs but not to many realistic unspun documentaries on him. This one other then down playing the rivalry with Edison
And fall out with J.P. Morgan is pretty cut and dry. Only thing is that it's 42 minutes long

There is also an array of written material online of him some seemingly credible on the surface so with that said he went on to hold 700 patents, is the grandfather to radio, xray, and the wireless radio wave and power transfer. All at the turn off the century. Amazing really.
And how does this tie to HAARP. If you want to know the motive follow the money.

In 1936 J.P. Morgan had backed Telsa in Colorado, dubbed the Warden Clift Project. It involved erecting a wireless electro-magnetic tower that could utilize magnetic energy in the ionosphere and wirelessly transfer it back across the ionosphere to any and all points in a determined radius. Tesla patented it shortly after the turn of the century, but after a falling out over the fact Morgan couldn't meter free energy, and seeing the effect it would have on his holdings in the oil and natural gas industries he pull his funds and had the finished tower destroyed.
I find that quite odd to destroy something such as that. Hmmm.
