53 year old man trying to live a healthy and well balanced life. I've been retired for 7 months and spend most of my free time reading and researching issues relating to health as well as social problems past and present, that have impacted my life. I am a father of two daughters that I'm very proud of. I have been blessed with one grandson and that pretty much sums it up.
