Carbon Monoxide is Not Your Friend - Look around at traffic and you see
many people tailgating allowing Carbon Monoxide, an odorless gas, to enter their air intake and
slowly poison them.
At drive through services, waiting traffic and slow moving traffic. Drivers place their vehicle's perilously close to the exhaust of the car ahead of them. Probably a source of many of our modern illnesses,
The constant exposure to exhaust fumes is unhealthy. Bumper to bumper traffic with fueled powered vehicals is an extreme health hazard. Mandatory spacing minimums between vehicles while waiting in traffic should be at least 15 ft. We need a 15 ft Spacing Requirement for the Good of All public health..
When waiting in traffic, I try to keep 20 feet of fresh air in in
front of my car's air intake, in multi lane traffic, I notice the view
of the exhaust to my left and right vehicles and note the wind
direction to minimize exposure, as I stop.
For the love of your life please back off the exhaust. Give yourself lots of room between you and surrounding vehicles, and stay healthy.
