Again the residents of Detroit are paying for Mayor Kilpatrick's cover ups. He should be recalled and made to pay the amount the jury awarded to the two officers who obviously were doing their jobs and looking out for the city.   What is it going to take for the resident's to finally wake up finally see what he is all about?
