A prophecy about Elam. Elam today includes the area of Iraq and Iran. They once were joined together.

But it shall come to pass in the latter days, that I will bring again the captivity of Elam, saith the LORD.

Some believe the prophecy was fulfilled fully at Pentecost. Elamites were among the first who heard and accepted the gospel ( Act 2:9 ). But I disagree. I believe it was only partially fulfilled at Pentecost.

Iran and Iraq have been under dictatorships. Iran under harsh Islamic rule.  The Bible clearly predicts a time of liberation/freedom for Elam.

And the war drums are beating next for what other country over there? The other half of Elam-Iran.
