According to a fox news report, Whoopi Goldberg used her first day on the daytime chat show Tuesday to defend football star Michael Vick in his dog fighting case. She is obviously looking for a reaction here folks!  Ms. Goldberg ,surely,  is aware that there is no logic in supporting this guy. But according to Fox news, Goldberg said that "from where he comes from in the South, dog fighting isn't that unusual.” It’s like cockfighting in Puerto Rico," she said. "There are certain things that are indicative to certain parts of the country." Memo to Ms. Goldberg, I am from the south and I have never heard of dog fighting being a major sport’s event open or closed! Where are you geting your information? The View and Barber Walters have become a complete joke, in my opinion. Goldberg is totally off the mark here! As I stated earlier, I lived 18 years in the south and this was not something that was condone. Goldberg is just another Wacky liberal speaking nonsense for T.V. ratings, while also ignoring facts!

That is such a fun mentality! Next time you get in trouble for something just say, "It isn't unusual where I come from". How about the law people??? Is following the rules unusual where you come from?

Officer..I didn't steal that diamond ring. I know you found it in my pocket, but where I come from it is good luck for the shop owner if I put the ring in my pocket. It means he will be parting with it soon...No need to thank me! It's what we usually do.. ;)

Poor Vick... a VICTIM of his environment.

She was not defending him, just making a statement that the "culture" he grew up in and continued to associate with did this so even though it was illegal he thought nothing of it plus he was a big name sports player. I think he should be punished to the full extent of the law, banned from football and made to clean up cages at the Dumb Friends League (no dogs in the area, he might decide to get into fighting Tea Cup Poodles). At least Rosie went away in a snit and I don't have to listen to her unbalanced thoughts. Off the subject...please pray that Santa brings me a new keyboard for my cranky computer so I don't make so many typo's. The cat spilled water into my good one and now I have one that was sold at Bent's Fort about 1850.

Imagine being Ted Danson, and rolling over in the morning to see that in bed next to you.
Would that be considered a re-occurring nightmare? I guess not as bad a nightmare as having made Whoopie with it. Yuck!

By making the statement she was defending him... giving the excuse of his upbringing as being the root.... stupid. She's just trying to make her stamp... but people don't care about her and they're not as intrigued with her as they were with lame-o rosie.
