Go figure....but if Obama is a Christian as he claims to be, he is already at diametrical odds with Ahmadinejad. Biden's published take on Iran and nuclear weapons is: "Iran, is going to get nuclear power Israel will just have to get used to it." This is where the world's first and last nuclear war will begin and Obama just wants a front row seat.
Ahmadinejad Feted at Obama Fundraiser’s Hotel
Iranian
President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad was feted on Thursday night by left-wing
U.S. religious leaders and self-styled pacifists at a gala reception at
New York’s Hyatt hotel — which is owned by the family of the Obama
campaign’s national finance chairperson, Penny Pritzker.
Several
thousand protesters gathered on 42nd street, directly across from the
hotel, late Thursday afternoon, including Beth Gilinsky, president of
the Jewish Action Alliance; Frank Gaffney, president of the Center for
Security Policy; and the Rev. Keith Roderick, the Episcopal canon to
persecuted Christians.
Ahmadinejad
arrived at 8:45 p.m., nearly three hours late, and was protected by the
Secret Service and Iranian security guards, Newsmax correspondent
Kenneth R. Timmerman reported.
Inside,
the Iranian president was given a warm welcome by John Brademas, a
former congressman from Indiana who rose to become Democratic whip in
the House from 1977-1981.
Also welcoming
him was Nihad Awad, executive director of the Council on
American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), which was named as an “unindicted
co-conspirator” in an alleged criminal conspiracy to fund the
Palestinian terrorist organization Hamas.
Ahmadinejad began his address with an invocation of the 12th imam, according to a source who attended the event.
He
made a similar invocation of the 12th imam at the start of his speech
to the U.N. General Assembly on Tuesday, adding that he hoped his
actions “would hasten the Imam’s return.” He went on to blast Israel
and the United States in that speech.
The
Mahdivist cult of Shia Islam, to which Ahmadinejad subscribes, holds
that the 12th imam will “return” to earth after a period of worldwide
conflagration, mass destruction, famine, and starvation.
By
calling on his own actions to “hasten” the imam’s return, many scholars
of Islam believe that Ahmadinejad is revealing his intention to provoke
a world war.
Ahmadinejad has referred to
Israel as “a dried, rotten tree that will collapse with a single
storm,” and has called on the Muslim world to “prepare for the great
war, so as to completely wipe out the Zionist regime and remove this
cancerous growth.”
Government buildings
in Tehran are festooned with giant banners that read, “Israel should be
wiped out of the face of the world” in English and Persian. Similar
banners are draped across Shahab-3 missiles when the Iranian regime
drives them through the streets of Tehran in military parades,
Timmerman reports.
Barack Obama has made
negotiations with Ahmadinejad and other dictators a cornerstone of his
foreign policy approach, in contrast to John McCain, who believes that
the U.S. must spearhead an international coalition to prevent Iran from
going nuclear.
Obama has said that he is
ready to sit down with Ahmadinejad “without preconditions” to negotiate
a sweeping security agreement with his regime. McCain has dismissed
this as “reckless,” and McCain’s top foreign policy adviser, Randy
Scheunemann, has called it “cowboy diplomacy.”

Estamos en el siglo 21 y muchos de nuestros hermanos Latino todavia no entienden lo que es el Congreso Democratic de los Estados Unidos. Me entristece que muchos Latinos se creen que el Congreso Democratic es el partido que va cambiar nuestro paiz y arreglar nuestra economia.
El objetivo de el partido Congreso Democratic es hacer los ricos mas ricos. Y, la poblacion pobre y media clase, esclavos del sistema. Entiendan esto, estamos envuelto en una guerra que los que estan perdiendo son las familias pobre. Porque en nuestro ejercito se save que hay mas jovens que viene de familias pobres que familias de dinero. Bancos y instituciones financieros se siguen declarando en bancarota. Y, cada vez que el govierno les da billiones de dolares a estas institusiones es un golpe para la bolsa de Nueva York. Y, cuando la bolsa sufre tambien sufren nuestras cuentas de retiro y inversiones. Los billiones de dolares que el govierno le da a las instituciones que se declaran en bancarota sale de nuestros impuestos; nuestro sudor. La major rason por cual la economia esta tan fragil.
Si vosotros creen que si el Congreso Democratic gana la eleccion los van a recordar, piensenlo otra vez. La contrucion de la muralla continuara igual que las enredadas de nuestros hermanos. La economia continuara igual si no se pones mas fatal. No me tienen que creer, si no fijense en el sentimiento racial de los comentarios en los blogs de esta pagina y otras.

Our public universities have been subsumed by leftist-liberal "professors” who personally utilize the curriculum to promote socialist politics. Their most popular teaching tool is a doctrine called “The Banking System of Education”, a small excerpt from a larger socialist work titled The Pedagogy of the Oppressed by Paolo Freire. Originally, Freire set out lo teach the South American peasant class (the oppressed) to read and write (a community organizer), so they could become literate enough to vote; i.e. literacy begets thought and thought drives the voter. At some point, Freire advocates began using their own conclusions to teach the peasants logical progressions; i.e. the conclusions justify the means, a standard leftist doctrine.
In the current equation, the children of the American working-class stand in for the peasant working-class of South America some 40 or 50 years ago; i.e. they become the oppressed of Freire’s seminal work, and the professors become Freire clones. This circumstance makes the professors the prime social movers in a socialist revolution that discourages religion in the context of State supported Education, but encourages the Godless antithesis of religion—primarily the Christian religion. These professors control academic degrees and thus shape the economic futures of the students in their charge.
From direct experience: there are more than 100 sections of remedial reading and writing in the RWS Departments of most public universities, meaning that high school students are being fed into the socialist machine at the rate of 20,000 per semester per university. Since the professors choose the materials used to promote literacy, they exercise choices that politicize, as they “literize” the “oppressed” youth of America. I have attended college graduate classes wherein candidates for MA and MFA degrees display a level of “literacy” that is abhorrent, but they are routinely rewarded with academic As and subsequent academic degrees that allow then to move on and actually spread their illiteracy to each succeeding generation, —in the guise of literacy. Some reading & writing “professors” will even accept paintings, photographs, and other forms of personal expression in lieu of the written word, and call it “writing”.
These are the minions of your political opposites, and Obama is their poster-boy—ALL flash and little (if any) real substance beyond pie-in-the-sky. Obama is UNBELIEVABLY shallow and it is an insult to Americans that he has been able to rise to the political level he has.
On the other side, we are all pulling for you and McCain.
