St Charles passed a resolution to keep sex perverts away from parks. I seen on the news some think this ideal is sort of useless. Remember a while back there was a sex offender who set up a web sit on which he posted children playing at local parks??? The parents where notified to what was going on and was shocked to see their children on such a sit, but the police said "no laws where being broken so nothing could be done about this scummy creep. Well now something can be done about the filth who try to pull this despicable act. So some good will come from the enactment of this law.

 I was on my way to work earlier today and a huge chunk of ice flew off another car and flew through my windshield! i got a few cuts, and completely cover with shards of glass, but otherwise o.k.! The other car did not even stop to see if i was ok! how irresponsible! to not only NOTclean your car off after 6 days, but to not even stop when your ice crashes thru the windshield of another car! So, a word of advice, please be careful out there, not only the ice on the roads but the ice hurrling at you off other cars! It only take a few minutes to warm your car then push the ice chunk off, to avoid hurting someone, maybe worse! Then waited over 30 minutes for the cops to show up! By then it was to late to find the person who did it, and because i couldn't get a plate number, What with the ice chunk hurling toward my face i should have taken the time to give that #.......lol
