Not sure about some of you, but Sue and I are ready for spring. This year we are gonna try and do more fishing, camping, and traveling. What are your plans once the weather decides to get warmer.
Oh, will TRY to get the garden ready sometime next week. Will go looking for lettuce and pea seeds today hopefully.

Yeppers, It's January 3rd, and I am already in the process of ordering seeds for my veggie garden. I have planted lettuce within the first two weeks of the new year. This year, I am gonna plant lettuce and peas. Then in late Feb. I will start my other plants here in the house. I will be planting tomatoes, cucumbers, zuchinni, and kohlrabi. The green beans will be planted in Mid March.
Can't wait to have a nice fresh TOMATO from the garden. I was wondering, who out there in BLOGLAND starts their gardens early like me. I know you must think I am crazy, but at least I will be eating fresh leaf lettuce and peas by late March or early April. I have been doing this the past 5 years. I just hope we don't get all the rains like we did last year. I had a bad year for kohlrabi, and greenbeans.
Will keep ya all posted on the progress. Yes, Sue will be taking pics as they grow. Just gotta find a greenhouse who still has last years or even this years lettuce and pea seeds.
I always give away veggies that are plentiful.

It's Dec. 21, the FIRST day of winter, and I hate it already. I DO NOT like winter, and neither does Sue, and a few others.
We want summer back!!! I can enjoy the summer a lot more.
SO, Who likes summer over winter??
