Well, it happened again from our favorite Military Poser DaveGibbons on his most recent blog.

First of all Dave, I only responded to Tall on what he wrote.  I said nothing negitive towards you, but yet you want to delete my post to Tall.  So in my blog, if you want, I won't delete, because everyone has the "Right", remember all those dying Soldiers you claimed you seen while serving????? Faught for that "Right" to post.

Tall,

I knew that our Military Poser was going to delete my post and to your response.  This is what I wrote to you:

Tall,

"The U.S. Supreme Court ruled in 1878 that plurality of wives (polygamy), as originally permitted by the Mormon religion, violated criminal law and was not defensible as an exercise of religious liberty. The Latter-day Saints renounced polygamy in 1890, but the practice has persisted among some, although it has been rarely prosecuted."

It's a crime.

During Communion the Church uses grape juice instead of wine.

If some how that was negitive towards anybody, please explain it to me.

I copied the whole post so he can delete away but I will post it and embarrass him for deleting
Here is my last response to him.

Dave,

Insulting me doesn't make your point any stronger Dave. The Mormon's stopped polygamy in the 19th Century. What your saying to me is that I can do anything as long as I call is a religion. I know you feel that Texas violated the parent's rights, but I feel simply they acted in a reasonable response to protect the children.

I totally agree Tall.
My wife is Mormon and I'm Catholic. Now you know the type of person Dave is.

He put more up from the New York post about a ruling and I posted a letter from protective services made after the ruling

Well the courts just ruled that they had no legal rights to remove the kids in Texas, but they didn't order them returned. What's that all about?

This deleting replies, is that some kind of new sickness going around in here? I've only been around for a couple of months so I haven't caught anything yet if it is.

Statement on Third Court of Appeals Ruling

Child Protective Services has one duty ? to protect children. When we see evidence that children have been sexually abused and remain at risk of further abuse, we will act.

The Department of Family and Protective Services removed children from the Yearning for Zion Ranch in Eldorado after finding a pervasive pattern of sexual abuse that puts every child at the ranch at risk.

The very first interviews at the ranch revealed a pattern of underage girls being “spiritually united” with older men and having children with the men. Investigators also observed a pattern of organized deception in those first interviews. Women and children frequently said they could not answer questions about the ages of girls or family relationships. Children were moved from location to location in an apparent attempt to prevent investigators from talking to them. Investigators observed numerous girls who had small children, and girls told us that marriages could occur at any age.

An examination of evidence found at the ranch further confirmed the pervasive pattern of sexual abuse. A Bishop’s Record detailing family relationships listed 13 girls who were ages 16 and 17, including nine living at the YFZ Ranch. All nine of the girls living at the ranch were listed as wives in the document, which was entered into evidence during the 14-day hearing in San Angelo.

While our only duty is to the children, we respect that the court’s responsibility and view is much broader. We will work with the Office of Attorney General to determine the state

Office of Attorney General to determine the state’s next steps in this case.

Carol,

This is the statement that was given out by Texas's protective services after the ruling. It does help us to understand why they took all the kids in the first place.

Texas has a habit of doing just what they want to, so this might not yet be done.

I use to watch a show call"Big Love", which was based on polygamy. It sounds like it was based on real life. On the show this guy who had been kick out of the sect when he turned 14, grew up and married one wife, then two more. It starting like a comedy, then the drama came. I stop my Showtime subscriptions, so that ended that. The show had started to get cheesy anyway. If it wasn't for the children it wouldn't matter about there life style, but for the life of me I can't see sharing one man with 3 o4 wives. There is not enough Viagra in the world to satisfy all those wives. lol. They must be brain-washed or hypnotize or something.

Tall,

I seen your post on Dave's blog, he's not going to answer you. It's a shame that he needs to control the conversation. I get hot headed at times and I think I know when to step back and watch.
I think we got in heated arguements, and subjects that we agree on.......

You know what I think about the posser .
But Tall , and bey , there is such a thing called States rights .
I think this is why Utah has gotten away with this for so long , with barely any Media attention .
