Well, it happened again from our favorite Military Poser DaveGibbons on his most recent blog.
First of all Dave, I only responded to Tall on what he wrote. I said nothing negitive towards you, but yet you want to delete my post to Tall. So in my blog, if you want, I won't delete, because everyone has the "Right", remember all those dying Soldiers you claimed you seen while serving????? Faught for that "Right" to post.
Tall,
I knew that our Military Poser was going to delete my post and to your response. This is what I wrote to you:
Tall,
"The U.S. Supreme Court ruled in 1878 that plurality of wives (polygamy), as originally permitted by the Mormon religion, violated criminal law and was not defensible as an exercise of religious liberty. The Latter-day Saints renounced polygamy in 1890, but the practice has persisted among some, although it has been rarely prosecuted."
It's a crime.
During Communion the Church uses grape juice instead of wine.
If some how that was negitive towards anybody, please explain it to me.

Received this e-mail today:
For those that don't know about history...... here is a
condensed version.
>
> Humans originally existed as members of small bands of nomadic
hunters/gatherers. They lived on deer in the mountains during the summer and
would go to the coast and live on fish and lobster in the winter.
>
> The two most important events in all of history were:
>
> 1. The invention of beer, and
>
> 2. The invention of the wheel. The wheel was invented to get man
to the beer.
>
> These were the foundation of modern civilization and together
were the catalyst for the splitting of humanity into two distinct subgroups:
>
> 1. Liberals
>
> 2. Conservatives.
>
> Once beer was discovered, it required grain and that was the
beginning of agriculture. Neither the glass bottle nor aluminum can were
invented yet, so while our early humans were sitting around waiting for them
to be invented, they just stayed close to the brewery. That's how villages
were formed.
>
> Some men spent their days tracking and killing animals to B-B-Q
at night while they were drinking beer. This was the beginning of what is
known as the Conservative movement.
>
> Other men who were weaker and less skilled at hunting learned to
live off the conservatives by showing up for the nightly B-B-Q's and doing
the sewing, fetching, and hair dressing. This was the beginning of the
Liberal movement.
>
> Some of these liberal men eventually evolved into women. The
rest became known as girlie-men.
>
> Some noteworthy liberal achievements include the domestication
of cats, the invention of group therapy, group hugs, and the concept of
Democratic voting to decide how to divide the meat and beer that
conservatives provided.
>
> Over the years Conservatives came to be symbolized by the
largest, most powerful land animal on earth, the elephant. Liberals are
symbolized by the jackass.
>
> Modern liberals like imported beer (with lime added), but most
prefer white wine or imported bottled water. They eat raw fish but like
their beef well done. Sushi, tofu, and French food are standard liberal
fare. Another interesting evolutionary side note: most of their women have
higher testosterone levels than their men. Most social workers, personal
injury attorneys, journalists, dreamers in Hollywood and group therapists
are liberals. Liberals invented the designated hitter rule because it wasn't
fair to make the pitcher also bat.
>
> Conservatives drink domestic beer. They eat red meat and still
provide for their women. Conservatives are big-game hunters, rodeo cowboys,
lumberjacks, construction workers, firemen, medical doctors, police
officers, corporate executives, athletes, Marines, and generally anyone who
works productively. Conservatives who own companies hire other conservatives
who want to work for a living.
>
> Liberals produce little or nothing. They like to govern the
producers and decide what to do with the production. Liberals believe
Europeans are more enlightened than Americans. That is why most of the
liberals remained in Europe when conservatives were coming to America . They
crept in after the Wild West was tamed and created a business of trying to
get more for nothing.
>
> Here ends today's lesson in world history.......
>
> It should be noted that a Liberal may have a momentary urge to
angrily respond to the above before forwarding it.
>
> A Conservative will simply laugh and be so convinced of the
absolute truth of this history that it will be forwarded immediately to
other true believers and to more liberals just to piss them off....

“I DID serve my country. I served for years in the military as a medic watching young men die needlessly for us to supposedly aid another country that didn't give a rat's a$$ if we were there or not!”-DaveGibbons
Here’s the problem with DaveGibbons post, he’s 47 years old and if you read his profile it never mentions any military service. Not that he has to mention it by any means, but when you ask him when and were he served I get this reply:
“No bye-bye, I'm just thinking you're not worth any more of my time. I have better things to do than argue with idiots”-DaveGibbons
The reason why I posted this is because we have a Military Poser. As a Military Veteran that served my Country for 20 years this is assaulting to the brave Military men and women that served this Great Nation.

I received this from a friend and it's pretty much what I've been saying.
Part 1
In just one year. Remember the election in 2006? Thought you might like to read the following:
A little over one year ago:
1) Consumer confidence stood at a 2 1/2 year high;
2) Regular gasoline sold for $2.19 a gallon;
3) The unemployment rate was 4.5%.
Since voting in a Democratic Congress in 2006 we have seen:
1) Consumer confidence plummet;
2) The cost of re gular gasoline soar to over $3.50 a gallon;
3) Unemployment is up to 5% (a 10% increase);
4) American households have seen $2.3 trillion in equity value
evaporate (stock and mutual fund losses);
5) Americans have seen their home equity drop by $1.2 trillion dollars;
6) 1% of American homes are in foreclosure.
America voted for change in 2006, and we got it!
Remember, it's Congress that makes law not the President.
He has to work with what's handed to him.
Quote of the Day........' My friends, we live in the greatest nation
in the history of the world. I hope you'll join with me as we try
to change it.' -- Barack Obama
Part 2:
Taxes...Whether Democrat or a Republican you will find these
statistics enlightening and amazing.
http://www.taxfound ation.org/ publications/ show/151. html
Taxes under Clinton Taxes under Bush 2008
Single making 30K - tax $8,400 Single making 30K - tax $4,500
Single making 50K - tax $14,000 Single making 50K - t ax $12,500
Sing le making 75K - tax $23,250 Single making 75K - tax $18,750
Married making 60K - tax $16,80 0 Married making 60K- tax $9,000
Married making 75K - tax $21,000 Married making 75K - tax $18,750
Married making 125K - tax $38,750 Married making 125K - tax $31,250
Both democratic candidates will return to the higher tax rates
It is amazing how many people that fall into the categories above
think Bush is screwing them and Bill Clinton was the greatest
President ever. If Obama or Hillary are elected, they both say they
will repeal the Bush tax cuts and a good portion of the people that
fall into the categories above can't wait for it to happen. This is
like the movie, The Sting with Paul Newman; you scam somebody out of
some money and they don't even know what happened.
PART 3:
You think the war in Iraq is costing us too much? Read this:
Boy, am I confused. I have been hammered with the propaganda
that it is the Iraq war and the war on terror that is bankrupting us.
I now find that to be RIDICULOUS.
I hope the following 14 reasons are forwarded over and over again

reading them. I have included the URL's for verification of all

Well it happened to me twice today with the Liberal deletion on people's post in response to their blogs. I've been deleted by JerryB for trying to respond to whatever he was trying to say. Douglaschick just deleted his blog in general. So I guess the blog I posted that, "Conservatives Happier Than Liberals" must be true.
So I ask our Liberal friends, why do you delete posts? Is it the facts that you can't handle? It really proves that you don't have the facts to back up your claims of anything you post.
The reason why I'm posting this is because you can't delete it!!!

This is an article that can be founded in LiveScience.com I know people will disagree, it's just an article, not my OPINION!!!
Individuals with conservative ideologies are happier than liberal-leaners, and new research pinpoints the reason: Conservatives rationalize social and economic inequalities.
Regardless of marital status, income or church attendance, right-wing individuals reported greater life satisfaction and well-being than left-wingers, the new study found. Conservatives also scored highest on measures of rationalization, which gauge a person's tendency to justify, or explain away, inequalities.
The rationalization measure included statements such as: "It is not really that big a problem if some people have more of a chance in life than others," and "This country would be better off if we worried less about how equal people are."
To justify economic inequalities, a person could support the idea of meritocracy, in which people supposedly move up their economic status in society based on hard work and good performance. In that way, one's social class attainment, whether upper, middle or lower, would be perceived as totally fair and justified.
If your beliefs don't justify gaps in status, you could be left frustrated and disheartened, according to the researchers, Jaime Napier and John Jost of New York University. They conducted a U.S.-centric survey and a more internationally focused one to arrive at the findings.
"Our research suggests that inequality takes a greater psychological toll on liberals than on conservatives," the researchers write in the June issue of the journal Psychological Science, "apparently because liberals lack ideological rationalizations that would help them frame inequality in a positive (or at least neutral) light."
The results support and further explain a Pew Research Center survey from 2006, in which 47 percent of conservative Republicans in the U.S. described themselves as "very happy," while only 28 percent of liberal Democrats indicated such cheer.
The same rationalizing phenomena could apply to personal situations as well.
"There is no reason to think that the effects we have identified here are unique to economic forms of inequality," the researchers write. "Research suggests that highly egalitarian women are less happy in their marriages compared with their more traditional counterparts, apparently because they are more troubled by disparities in domestic labor."
The current study was funded by the National Science Foundation.

This is a post from isupportdetroit:
"I would not risk my life for the usa because this country would not risk anything for me."
Well I guess deleting post is the norm now. So I'll post it here where I can't be deleted. YES, I was a sucker on isupportdetroit's "Race Baiting" and I fell into it. Shock seen it and so did Tall. But the commit above had to be posted, because people like this, although have the right and you can thank the service men and women that gave you that right, is pretty much in my opinion is what is wrong with Detroit's youth and had to be posted, which by the way gives me the right to post.
SEEDUB, you have the right to defend her and her views. It's proven that you views are a bit twisted and I'll leave it that. I didn't know that there's a "New Jim Crow Laws" out there. It seems to be in the borders of people like you and isupportdetroits minds. You feed of what Kwame says, somewhat like Jim Jones did to his people. isupportdetroit if you don't know who Jim Jones was, look it up.
I swear, I travel all over the Country and the World and for the people of Detroit, you need to realize that you are in a time warp. Hello early 1900's, this is 2000, come join us!!!!
Well, I'm done. Going to the hotel lobby here in Nashville and have a beer.

TALLAHASSEE, Florida (Reuters) - Most Florida residents would be allowed to take guns to work under a measure passed by Florida lawmakers on Wednesday.
The bill, allowing workers to keep guns in their cars for self-protection, was approved by the Florida Senate by a vote of 26-13. It now goes to Republican Gov. Charlie Crist to sign into law.
Backed by the National Rifle Association and some labor unions, the so-called "take-your-guns-to-work" measure would prohibit business owners from banning guns kept locked in motor vehicles on their private property.
The measure applies to employees, customers and those invited to the business establishment as long as they have a permit to carry the weapon.
Backers say the measure upholds the vision of the authors of the U.S. Constitution, who made the right to bear arms part of the Bill of Rights.
"The second thing they wrote about in that constitution was the right to bear arms," said Sen. Durell Peaden, a Republican from Crestview, Florida. "It was what was dear in their hearts."
The measure exempts a number of workplaces including nuclear power plants, prisons, schools and companies whose business involves homeland security.
Critics say the measure usurps business owners' rights to determine what happens on their property and puts workers and managers at risk from disgruntled employees.
Dozens of workplace shootings occur every year in the United States and studies have shown that job sites where guns are permitted are more likely to suffer workplace homicides than those where guns are prohibited.
"This is an attempt to trample upon the property rights of property owners and attempt to make it more difficult to protect the workers in a workplace and those who visit our retail establishments," said Sen. Ted Deutch, a Boca Raton Democrat.
Oklahoma, Alaska, Kentucky, and Mississippi have similar laws, although in Oklahoma, an appellate court barred the state from enforcing the legislation on grounds that it was unconstitutional.
Florida business groups are urging the governor to veto the measure, saying owners should be allowed to determine what happens on their property.
"We are disappointed that politics clearly won over good policy," Mark Wilson, president and chief executive of the Florida Chamber of Commerce, said in a statement.

Maybe someone can explain this to me. Democrats whine and cry about Homeland Security, protect our boarders, this I totally agree with 100%. Then why is the Chairman of Homeland Security, Benny Thompson (D) wants to put a stop to the fence now being built? The Bill that passed in 05 to build the fence is now in trouble. So I ask the Democrats in Michigan to translate this type of thinking? Are you affraid it might work?

This is for the Democrats that wants our taxes to be raised. A dollar amount was released today on earmarks. The defination is listed below:
"Earmarking" is the term used to refer to a provision in legislation that directs funds to be spent on specific projects. Typically, legislators seek to insert earmarks which direct a specified amount of money to a particular organization or project in his/her home state or district. This differs from the appropriation of money to a particular government agency, for in these cases the appropriate executive department can exercise discretion as to where and how the funds are spent. The use of earmarks in the U.S. Congress has expanded significantly over the past thirty years, and is presently the focus of much controversy.
This is the list of your Canidate's earmark spending for 2007:
Clinton-296 Million Dollars
Obama-97 Million Dollars
McCain- ZERO
With times being tough, do you enjoy paying more in taxes? I'm thinking you don't care, because they're Democrats. Look past party lines and look out what's good for you! Unless you're on welfare and used to a handout, then keep voting Democrat.
