Conyers and the Detroit City Council

Ha Ha Ha!!!

What a laugher down in the Council chambers......... this is exactly the kind of nonsense that people can't stand......... instead of taking care of city business, Conyers is concerned about a "percieved" slight??!?!  Give me a break--- the conduct shown by Conyers was poor by any standard........ and it begs the question-- How does that benefit the people she represents????  It also shows a lack of respect to the office of the President of the Council.  If Mr. Cockrell has the floor, then SHUT UP!!!  The "SHRECK" comment was out of line, and so was the "up in here"rant!!!  To top it off was Ms. Conyers comment that the people outside of Detroit shouldn't comment on what happens inside the city--- GIVE ME A BREAK!!!!  Dosen't she understand that the suburbs and the city NEED each other and that what happens to one, affects the other??? it's times like this that I wished I lived in the city so that I could go down to her office and voice my displeasure..... mabye I still will-- but what do some of you residents think about this latest "laugher" coming from the city of Detroit???  Remember, the world IS watching!!!!

Remember the front page picture of the FREEP that had Callem Thugtrix looking like was about to cry? He knew lied and if the truth would surface, and it did, he was looking a something more serious than his wife cracking is mellon with a frying pan.

Moaning CONyers is in the same boat. She is "KGB!" Kwames Girl Backstabbers. A Witch of East Wood(ward). Her "under cover" activities with the Mayor to move foreward in the raiding of the public treasury is going to surface. Remember she is the lead with regards to the City of Detroits Pension Funds. Has anybody asked her about her relationship to "AA Capital Partners, Inc." How about $194 Million? How about the missapproptiation of $10.7 missing million? What up with that Donkey? He Haw,He Haw.

Woodstock,
City council meetings and hearings are turning into Def Comedy Jams. The city council is basically a 3 ring circus man and Ken Cockrell can't handle all those menopausal women...his dad would have put all those nutty broads in their place...what an embarrassment that tirade by Conyers was...John need to handle his business!!

The city council is basically a 3 ring circus man and Ken Cockrell can't handle all those menopausal women...his dad would have put all those nutty broads in their place...what an embarrassment that tirade by Conyers was...John need to handle his business!!

I came to Fox 2 in 1998 after spending time in the Sunshine State. My career began while I was at the University of Miami and I tried out for 3rd base on the Miami Hurricanes baseball team as a "walk on"!!! I was the last guy cut that season and I decided then that if I couldn't make the team I was going to stay close to the program.... so in addition to being the program director at the campus radio station-- WVUM, I also helped start up the campus cable television network... and that led to a job as a Cameraman shooting sports for local station WCIX. I caught a break when I was offered a chance to go "on air"..... That chance allowed me to secure the weekend spot at WFOR in Miami, Florida and then I made the jump to Motown. This city is one of the best sports towns in the nation and I'm pleased as punch to be a part of the magic. I think that the Sports Staff at Fox 2 is the best, and we always strive for excellence. There's no phony baloney, sing along jingles or "video arcades" here-- just straight sports presented in a truly creative way..... That's how I like it, and if you feel that way too, then I'll see you at 5, 6, and 10 for our daily broadcasts-- and Sportsworks Sunday Night, right here on FOX 2!!
