Iraq: Troops - Hold - Build

I think you can liken the troops, hold, and build to Plant Grow and Harvest. The problem with the Dems and the turn coats on the Rep. side is they want to harvest before the planting and growing takes place.

How can you cook on an electric stove before the power is turned on?

How can you have a political solution before you have a secure place to problem solve?

Maybe the members of congress need to gather their bags and sleep in the real world for a while. Maybe their staff need to write the truth instead of what the congressman wants to hear.

I say : give the President the confidence he need to bring this thing to a close that is right and fair to all parties involved.

VERY well put! and amen!

The Dims give me the impression they are more concerned about destroying this President and Commander in Chief, than doing what's right for the country. And of course, they have NO shame about it.

you'd think more people would be interested in this... guess the cold temps got'um froz to their sofa's. LOL

I hope the troops don't hear ALL the BS that comes out of the mouths of Dems... I do know they hear a lot thouh, Sen Kerry.

I agree. We should send as many troops as it takes to win this WAR. What part of the word WAR do people not understand???????????

the part that has 'death of the enemy', which scares the pants off of cowards. War is ugly and people die.... but you have to fight evil for good to prevail!

My nephew is over there and he is totally shocked at what is shown on our tv's and all the garbish he reads in the newspapers. He said,"Doesn't anyone get it? Don't they understand the jihadists want us all dead?"
He also says he feels safer over there than in alot of places here. The border situation concerns him alot. He's afraid the terrorists are coming in at will.

oh, willie, so sorry to hear that... I know they hear the BS from ppl like Kerry and our media, who seem to want us to lose!
Tell your nephew the vast majority of us love and respect EVERY ONE OF THOSE SOLDIERS OVER THERE.

Actually the Kerry "mistold joke" about our soldiers being uneducated did alot for the morale over there. Thay all had quite a good laugh with that one!

Terrific! Kerry (x "troop") was 'highly educated' (although it gave him little smarts) and still dump enough to make a 'joke' like that. There political agenda is always soooo obvious. And always at someone else's expense.
