Monday July 23 begins a series of talks between the UAW, GM and Ford.  This follows Friday's opening sessions between the UAW and Chrysler.

What begins with a traditional handshake (see video evidence A), hopefully will end happily for all the parties involved, but as we know, this is not typically the case.

Right now there are more questions than answers, like is a strike pending or will a bad round of negotiations spell the end of Ford?

As the talks continue, we invite any who are involved, from the line to to penthouse office, to share some thoughts and insights about this process.

The great solution may come from this blog, so go ahead and free-wheel any idea.
