Black protester's sign. 1,0000 isn't even a number.

The black (construction workers?) who were protesting that not enough black men and women were hired held up a sign that doesn't make them look too good. It had a number on it. Only it wasn't REALLY a number. The number was 1,00000. HUH? That's not even a number. How can these protesters be taken seriously or expect to be hired when they can't even write a NUMBER correctly on their own protest sign? They just looked like fools at that point.
