Prime and active Fox news sources have uncovered or discovered a memo that states all Televisions have to be removed from all Police Departments in the Detroit East, West and Central divisions as of 8:00 a.m., this morning.

"ACCORDING TO THE RANKING COMMANDERS, THIS ACTION WAS NOT DUE TO THE FACT THAT OFFICERS CHEERED AND APPLAUDED OUTLOUD WHEN MAYOR KWAME KILPATRICK WAS CHARGED IN COURT LAST WEEK.",

but instead it was due to the fact that officers were spending to much time watching televison to enhance their duties.   They are:

1. Barney Miller. - Where's WOJO?
2. Gunsmoke. - Did Kitty ever sleep with Matt?
3. Monk. - Wouldn't you like to take him out and get him dirty?
4. COPS. - Bad boys, Bad boys, watcha goin do....
5. TruTV. - Not Actuality, but Reality 
6. The Andy Taylor Show. - One bullet Barney
7. NYPD Blue. - How come Andy's bare butt was never shown?
8. Knight Rider. - Who else talked to their cars, but listened?
9. Dragnet. - Just the facts Ma'am, just the facts.
10. Hill Street Blues. - Poor Jimmy Smits, his career is over.
11. Law and Order. - Wasn't that blonder prosecutor a doll?
12. Homicide - Life on the Streets. - what else can be said?
13. CHIPS. - I think Ponch's partner was not in love with women.
14. The Shield. - A real cop's cop.   One not afraid to do his job.
15. Cagney and Lacey. - One a nympho, the other an idiot.
16. Miami Vice. - Can we get a replica of Don's suit?
17. K-Ville. - Truly an idiot show.
