I understand the wide range of emotions regarding the Brett Favre/Packers saga.  It is absolutely sad what's happened between the two.  I understand people choosing sides or feeling more allegiance to one or the other-people are entitled to their feelings and opinions.

But here's what I don't understand, these people who are lined up at the fence as the Packers practice and cheer to "Bring Brett Back"- you're doing nothing but being a disruption to the team who's name you wear on your chest.  Again, they are entitled to their opinions-write the front office, leave Ted Thompson messages demanding a change- But don't stand outside the team practice and create even more of a distraction for "your" team.  Honestly, it's like standing outside our studio and yelling at Ted Perry as he comes in to work about how much you love and want Jerry Taff to unretire.  Weird analogy, I know, but you hear what I'm saying.

Honestly those people should lose their game seats (if they have them) and any right to wear a Packers jersey or hat.  They may be fans, but they're not Packers fans. With fans like that- who needs Bears fans.

Your words are true. The Favre fans are very rabid and refuse to believe anything that goes against their hero worship.

Kudos to Tami Hughes. Enough of the he said, he said. Both Brett and the Packers organization have said things that maybe they should not have but that is life. Decisions are made every day in the business world that not every one is going to agree to. As for these fans that say they will no longer be packers fans if Brett leaves, who cares. All this means is that they were never a Packers fan to begin with. Only Brett Favre fans. Brett may have made great contributions to the Packers organization, but Green Bay was known as Title Town way before he came to town. There were many Packer Greats before him and God willing, many more to come. I read an article on the internet today that during practice some six year old yelled out "we hate you" and "you suck" to Aaron Rodgers. Where were the parents of this brat and what are they teaching this child? Look what this so called "Great Brett Favre" has created because he is only thinking of himself. What is he teaching about good sportsmanship on and off the field since he started all his antics? Obviously the answer is found in a six year olds mouths.

Ms. Hughs: At the risk of being politically incorrect: YOU GO GIRL!

Evidently you can't be both a Packer and a Favre fan at the same time right now. It is one or the other...........and if Favre is on another team, are you going to unload all our Packer stuff and stock up on product featuring Favre for whoever he is now playing?!

Brett played for years with excellence and passion. But, clearly the organization took him at his word when he said he was retiring........you can't run a business (which the Packers are)when you have an employee who thinks he has become bigger than the team and organization. You can't have a player continually change his mind on whether or not he wants to play just as you can't have an employee who some days wants to work, and others wants to take the day off.

I will continue to wear my Favre packer jersey in support of the Packers, and wish Mr. Favre well wherever he goes. But, won't root for his team over the Packers should they play each other.

I like the Bears.....yeah i said it!

....but i'm a Favre Fan too.

I don't understand why anyone has to like only the Packers or they're considered the lowest form of life.

I don't understand people that hate other teams at all. It's fun to have a rivalry. It keeps the competitive juices flowing, but to hate?
That's just too much.
I was cheering for the Bears two years ago.
I wanted them to win the SB.
In this case it's backwards, you can hate the player but don't hate the game. There are plenty of players I haven't liked over the years in many sports.
I wish Favre luck with whatever road he takes.
I wish the Packers luck with their moving forward.
It should be an exciting football season.
The Bring Back Favre people were acting strictly on emotion. Disrupting the team at practice was the wrong way to go, but take away their tickets...no. Emotions will calmdown and this too shall pass.

This whole thing I have to admit is emotional, but as I said in my latest blog, we all need prayer! Even those who chanted "We Want Brett" so many times to disrupt the Training Camp. Having said that, even though it's part religious, it's the truth. Got to get the minds right!

As far as other teams, for example I like rooting for the NFC Conference. Always have. Never cared about the AFC. When Tampa Bay won the Super Bowl, I was impressed of the "Defense wins Championships" thing. For the NY Giants, (uh oh) even though they beat the Packers in Lambeau, I respected the fact they proved to be a caliber team for the Lombardi which they proved against New England. For the Packers, I look at what's good such as the 90's Dynasty in green and gold with a Lombardi strap. That's it. We know the team that got it last.

For the upcoming season, I don't know. I guess the only way is to "wait and see". Who knows, maybe Aaron Rodgers could be a next fantasy football pick.

Favre is a New York Jet. If he ever plays against the Packers again.....it's going to be a crazy game!

You're absolutely right. There is no excuse for the profanity and verbal abuse that Rodgers is putting up with right now. He is a first class act.
