This is a strange coincidence Tall because Regina & I were just watching this video the other day. John Wayne was & is the epitome of an American. Many in today's America could learn from him. We also watched alot of the Celebrity Roasts with Dean Martin, especially the Foster Brooks ones-That guy was hilarious!

He was a legend that we who grew up watching, cannot replace. He was honest, carried himself with integrity, and was not afraid to state his convictions towards this USA.

What happened to our heroes Tall? Greed? Loss of Honor? The new age of Political Correctness? Embarassment of our troops, our ability to protect, or their own inner shames?

We have no heroes left. Everyone is so afraid to speak up and say the things on their minds for fear of rejection, for fear of a lawsuit, for fear of having to look over their shoulders for the rest of their lives because some a$$ believes it's not right.

John Wayne was missed. Tim Russert will be missed. Our heroes are missing right now.

I am an American Indian. I developed Muscular Dystrophy in 2001 at the ripe old age of 44. I spend my days mostly on line and with my wife, and kids. I guess you could say I'm a Democrat but I am most interested in what any candidate can do to improve the world in which we live. I know I really spell poorly but I take solace in the fact that neither could Einstein. LOL
