Monica Conyers is the biggest double talker on the city council and I'm surprised more of her dirty dealings aren't coming out besides her car deal. Her Shrek deal on the televised council meeting showed what a fool she is, now I'[m wondering what Kwamy has on Rose-Collins and Reeves? Only an idiot (or someone on his payroll) would think to not get the Governor involved when Kamy's crimal enterprise is so huge, but then I think Jenny around the block is in on all this too!!! This is just a pathetic situation all around.

I think its time to clean house on all detroit counsel and the mayor and his croonies. just maybe we can get someone who doesn't think of themselves and do what they are hired to do.

why are you so concerned with Detroit woory about Wayne Mich. you chose not to live in Detroit so why do have such an opinion on us in Detroit. stay out of our bussiness. you didnt elect them in office we did and we will deal with our own problems. if you dont have anything nice to say about my city dont say anything at all. its non Detroiters that has hyped this situatuion up to the point everybody has an opinion and those on the CC need to understand that the citizens of Detroit are the ones that put them where they are not the suburbs

I choose to live in Wayne because I don't want to get robbed. I am in a wheelchair and would be a target for the low life's. Detroit has some great people but it also has some slime. Now why is Detroit so important to me. I have to get water from Detroit for one, and the Suburbs are forced to pay more for water to cover up for mismanagement. Kwame has given 109 million to his friend through the water department alone.

You want me to turn a blind eye to Detroit when the citizens won't even tell the police what they see. I have seen and heard the snitches get stitches garbage. That has to stop, if there is to be a new Detroit.

Kwame has and continues to use his power in a destructive manner. He uses it in race baiting when he calls on blacks to unite, because there after him. He uses his position when he preaches to people like you that it's the suburbs that are after your black mayor. He ignores the fact that he clearly broke the law and instead try's to convince people that it is a private affair between he and his wife.

Kwame fired good men who were only doing there job. He destroyed their reputations with proven lies. Did you notice I didn't say black officers, because to me they are good men and race shouldn't ever have been involved.

When all this mess is over we all have to find peace to begin again. Right now Detroit is on fire, and lets hope that from the ashes of the Kilpatrick fire that a New Detroit can rise. One we can all embrace as OURS

You are an informed person and you clearly love Detroit. You must know that people such as myself don't want to hate Detroiter's we want to see Detroit be like when we were kids. A place to be proud of. The text scandal needs to get to court as soon as possible. I do agree with Kim Worthy though that it should be outsiders so there is no one who can dispute the outcome.

Det313-He lied under oath, he has used tax payer dollars for private reasons, he cheated on his own wife & family, then parades them in the spotlight with no regard for their feelings. What part of this don't you seem to comprehend? Remember also the racist speeches by your Mayor & his mother calling out the suburbs-Did you really think we were going to keep playing the race game on your terms? Think about it. It's high time the suburbs left the city alone to clean up their own mess this time, since we are always the scape goat for their own crooked & corrupt politicians.

what investigator he was not assigned to investigate the mayor he was assigned to protect him. and after he whent back to being a cop on the force he could have got assigned to that investigation instead he retired and sued the city. so he gets all his retirement benefits and an extra 3 mill just because

the "party" was already assigned to several people such as mike cox and the FBI. not gary brown. the FBI found no evidence of a party. mike cox (the attourney general) called the party an "urban legend" ps MC spent $5 mill investigating it.
