Most people don't know that back in 1912, Hellmann's mayonnaise was manufactured in England. In fact, the Titanic was carrying 12,000 jars of the condiment scheduled for delivery in Vera Cruz, Mexico, which was to be the next port of call for the great ship after its stop in New York. This would have been the largest single shipment of mayonnaise ever delivered to Mexico. But as we know, the great ship did not make it to New York. The ship hit an iceberg and sank, and the cargo was forever lost. The people of Mexico, who were crazy about mayonnaise, and were eagerly awaiting its delivery, were disconsolate at the loss. Their anguish was so great, that they declared a National Day of Mourning, which they still observe to this day.The National Day of Mourning occurs each year on May 5th and is known, of course, as Sinko de Mayo.

Now if you believe this .....can I sell you some land just off the coast of Florida

Tall, do you remember Mohandas (Mahatma) Ghandi? The little Indian mystic that was always so frail and skinny that at times, he looked anorexic? One who never wore shoes so his feet were heavily calloused, and refused to eat (had several fast), so his breath was always so horrible?

The wrote a song about him...yes, you may recall

A super calloused fragile mystic hexed by hallitocious.

supercalifragilisticexpialidocious (Mary Poppins)

Shock, my mind appears to contain a cornucopia of worthless information and then suddenly...
wham...something triggers it's release.

Speaking of triggers. Olee lived in a small town in northern Minnesota in a house located right next door to the only Catholic church in town. Sadly, Olee was Lutheran. Come Friday night, Olee would always come home from the bar and throw some meat on the grill for his supper. Every year during Lent, the Catholics would protest to the Pastor about the smell of meat cooking on Olee's grill, so one day the Pastor walked over, spoke in depth to Olee about what was happening, and agreed to tutor Olee into becoming Catholic. Ollie took the classes and then came the day. Olee knelt in front of the Pastor and as the Pastor sprinkled Olee with holy water, he said, "you were born a Lutheran, raised a Luther, and now you are Catholic. The congregation was estatic over his change in religions. The next year the congregation came to church, but then they smelled meat cooking and it was coming from Olee's house. The Pastor ran over from the church only to see Olee had a large venison steak cooking on the grill, and the words from his mouth could never be forgetton, for Olee said, "You were born a Venison, was raised a Venison, but now you're a Walleye."........

I am an American Indian. I developed Muscular Dystrophy in 2001 at the ripe old age of 44. I spend my days mostly on line and with my wife, and kids. I guess you could say I'm a Democrat but I am most interested in what any candidate can do to improve the world in which we live. I know I really spell poorly but I take solace in the fact that neither could Einstein. LOL
