I can't for the life of me understand how a Judge can contribute to Kwame's campaign and then sit in judgement of him. How can he be thought of anything but impartial. There should be an appeal to the State Supreme Court if necessary to remove this silly judge.

I missed the court proceedings today where The prosecution was asking for a out of state judge to hear Kilpatrick's case. Did Kym Worthy's team lose the request?

Just more proof of how deep the corruption runs in many of the city & county departments. What they all seem to forget is that others are also waiting in line for answers, including the F.B.I., State of Michigan, The Michigan Bar Association, and last but certainly not least the people of this region that want justice.

Its just like our Senators getting money from people they have to police! I had a problem when I was putting thru a Bill because the people I was going up against had put money in the Senators pockets.

You know , after thinking about this a little more , I thought , if they picked a judge that didn't contribute to Kwame , his backers would scream that the judge was prejudiced anyway .
Like a catch 22 . I'm still for having an out of state judge on this one .

I'm thinking a judge from Flint, Lansing, or maybe Kalamazoo.

I am an American Indian. I developed Muscular Dystrophy in 2001 at the ripe old age of 44. I spend my days mostly on line and with my wife, and kids. I guess you could say I'm a Democrat but I am most interested in what any candidate can do to improve the world in which we live. I know I really spell poorly but I take solace in the fact that neither could Einstein. LOL
