SIGN IN A STORE WINDOW

"WE WOULD RATHER DO BUSINESS WITH 1,000 AL-QAEDA TERRORISTS THAN WITH ONE SINGLE Canadian"

This sign was prominently displayed in the window of a business in Vancouver . You are probably outraged at the thought of such an inflammatory statement. One would think that anti-hate groups from all across the country would be marching on this business ... and that the RCMP might have to be called to keep the angry crowds back. But, perhaps in these stressful times one might be tempted to let the proprietors simply make their statement . . We are a society which holds Freedom of Speech as perhaps our greatest liberty. And after all, it is just a sign.

You may ask what kind of business would dare post such a sign?

Tall-I apologise for the comment on you being noctrunal with respect to your pains that keep you up. My finace's father has similar back and leg pains due to numerous falls and it is quite rough for me to listen to his moans. I get up often to offer him pain medication if he wants it and he refuses to go to our doctor for a second opinion so I feel helpless at times. Along with mine & my fiance's medical issues, I can humbly say that I pray for you and many that experience what we go through on a daily basis in our personal health. Hopefully, MD will find some type of cure or medication that can better address your needs. I may or may not see your response here but it really isn't necessary.

Car,

It's ok about the comment, and I really didn't then nor do I now take offence. We both have to live with our illnesses and that can be a tough cross to bear at times. MDA has been a God send to me as they have suspended the onset of this disease for the most part. I hope Jennifer gets the rolls open soon to help you.

I am an American Indian. I developed Muscular Dystrophy in 2001 at the ripe old age of 44. I spend my days mostly on line and with my Ex-wife, and kids. I guess you could say I'm a Democrat but I am most interested in what any candidate can do to improve the world in which we live. I know I really spell poorly but I take solace in the fact that neither could Einstein. LOL
