Ok, the hustle is in... why did WWJ stop covering the trial just BEFORE Ofcr White's cross-examination by Mayor Kilpatrick's lawyers????? The interrogation of Ofcr. Kinney must've scared them and they made a quick decision to pull the plug.
Then, in later sound bites, they play over and over and over again the testimony of said Ofcr. White talking about his version of the encounter. WWJ's motive was so blatant that it is ludicrous. They should be ashamed of themselves... and so should all the HATERS who have backed the enemy's power play to unseat the Mayor and grab the city's budget, water and whatever else they can get.
Wake up Detroiters!!! Demand that WWJ produce the COMPLETE AND UNEDITED trial so we can hear for ourselves. What do you have to hide? Let me say that againg, "WHAT ARE YOU HIDING???????"
A FAIR AND BALANCED RIP

The latest actions against Mayor Kilpatrick, Monica Conyers and DPS appear to be an all-out assault on Black leadership. Detroit has a Black mayor, city council, police chief, fire chief, school council & superintendent, two congresspeople, sherriff, etc.
Detroit is the "Blackest" city in the nation. So. why is its leadership under attack? Who is behind this attack? Who sits in a dark room with thousands of text messages, deciding which ones to release and when?
The Free Press was in danger of potentially going out of business before these events, and now it has experienced a resurgence. The TV networks can pay $350,000 or more for an anchor-person. Where is all this money coming from? Hard-working teachers can barely get paid enough to handle their bills, and they come out their OWN POCKETS to purchase supplies for their students. What is wrong with this picture?
Something is rotten, all right... since when is the newspaper used as "evidence" in a court proceeding (E.g. The Assistant Prosecutor referring to a story he read in the paper about the Mayor's alleged travels)? The Council better walk CAREFULLY! When their "mission" has been accomplished, they will be removed next... along with any other leaders who stand for the people.
The message here is clear: "Black people, when allowed to lead, are corrupt and incompetent. They can't be allowed to lead, therefore, we must regain control of the cities." Why do they want Detroit? The water? The budget? The international port? The fine, stately homes built on solid foundations rather than swamp land?
They have systematically allowed Detroit to become overrun by vacant lots and abandoned buildings by skillfully directing funds around community needs. Now, Detroit is up for sale and they are quietly purchasing the city for a third of the value.
Residents of Detroit better wake up and realize the real issue at hand. The issue with the Mayor is just the tip of the iceberg...

Uh-oh! The House of Representatives adopted a resolution on Tuesday, apologizing to Blacks for years of slavery and Jim Crow. If adopted by the Senate, the resolution will begin the process to seek REPARATIONS for the wrongs done historically by this country.
The question of REPARATIONS for Blacks has been on the table for many years. Some wonder what would be a good remedy. These are my thoughts:
Let's start with 5 or 6 states in the southern region, along with enough funding to allow us to build self-sufficiency for at least 25 years. Hmmm... the deal Isreal has looks good to me. Haven't we paid them for long enough? They should be self-sufficient by now.
I say we transfer that money (I have seen on the low end $30B and on the high end $108B) that our tax dollars pay out - to its own Black "citizens". Enough of our money has gone to foreign countries. It is needed over here!
That is a good place to start.

It is very strange that Officer WHITE showed up at the Mayor's sister's home. I believe the Mayor is being tailed and the WCPO wanted to entrap him in an "incident" designed to embarrass him. Considering the sensitive nature of this case, why would Officer WHITE seek to aggravate an already tense situation?
If WHITE's motives were pure (as he stated in court), why did he just leave the scene? Why didn't he call his Supv. to help with the situation? Also, why wasn't Sherriff Evans informed that WHITE was taking this action? Sherriff Evans seems to be a rational man... I believe he would have sent another less "volatile" deputy than WHITE. Why agitate an already explosive situation???
I'll tell you why... the WCPO is hell-bent on destroying the Mayor. The Prosecutor and Mildred Gaddis act like they are spurned women (maybe they had a thang for the Mayor and he wouldn't give them any play?). For these ladies to say, "it isn't personal" is like the gov't saying it didn't have anything to do with slavery in America.
