C'mon - this one's too easy.
But we like slam dunks.

What do you think of John Kitna's prediction that the Lions will win 10 games this season? No, this is not a repeat of last year's blog. He predicted it again.

At the risk of vomiting profusely I buried my hands in my head to reframe my gagging when Lion QB Jon Kitna once again proclaimed that the Lions were going to win 10 games in the 2008 season. To that I say for the love god just play some mother loving football!!! Now normally I would admire the overwhelming sense of confidence in pride that an athlete has in the ability of his team. However, in this case the Lions are in no position to make freelance and spontaneous predictions. This team has won 31 games in the seven years. As we know this team is in dire need of leadership from whoever wants to merely step up and provide to a team that has no concept on how to win consistently. For that I applaud Kitna for attempting to provide guidance and faith to a team who hasn’t won since the days of the Roosevelt administration. However, these words in May mean absolutely nothing. Kitna is going about this the wrong way I’m pleased to discover he has some modicum of confidence in this putrid excuse for a NFL team. However, the way in which you garner respect is by stringing together consecutive victories something the Lions haven’t done in years. You earn your stripes on the field and not in $40 million training facility last time I checked. Kitna is the 1st semblance of veteran leadership and what this team is doing is searching for any reason to claimer for success. The Millen era is striving for any positive publicly because of their dismal record. Someone please tell Jon Kitna to shut up in the media and do all his talking on the field.
