According to reports from TMZ.com on Thursday, Paris Hilton is now out of jail after serving only three days.

This is sure to be a hot topic for day, so what do you think? Is this a mockery of the legal system? Or should we really not care at all?

This just goes to show you that there is a different set of rules,for the rich and famous,than there is for us common people.OH ! yes and also punishments and conditions the rich have to endure ,things need to be changed.they need to be treated the same as anyone else, also the jails we have now need revamping, make it REAL punishment not a country club with TV ,GYM,SCHOOLING,basicly the EASY LIFE.stop worring about there poor little feelings in jail,they didn't worry about there victoms......................

Paris Hilton makes Martha Stewart look like a gangsta rapper. Paris and OJ should do a reality show together. They're both losers who proved that if you have the money, you can live above the law.

ok, this just shows again, how the rich buy their way outta trouble, and after this there is no way anyone cannot say there isnt two ways to treat criminals, the rich ones dont do the time and the poor ones get tossed in and forgotten. Poor little Paris, guess she will have to due, sitting in house arrest, getting anything her pampered little spoiled butt wants.I guess next time some one doesnt wanna serve their time, should they say, jail is too stressful, I cant do it??? yeah see how far that gets you.
I say toss her rear back in and let her freeze it off, better yet put her in solitary where she doesnt have to worry about the stress.

Paris Hilton should be treated just like any other person would in this situation. I can't figure out why people are so obsessed with her. She has no talent, no education (GED), just a famous last name. Who cares.

guess it finally worked out, now she has tro stay in there for 45 days, maybe she will finally realize she cant whine her way outta trouble.
