It’s not good enough, that the Mayor of Detroit has finally caught charges, like he should have. You want his friends, family, pastor, and GOD to turn their back on him. Everybody knows that he has done wrong, and is guilty of lying in a court of law, and to a notary. But he still has the right to go through the judicial process, doesn’t he? I’m pretty sure he’s going to “GET” some time, and be put out of office.  I wouldn’t expect any Politician to give up their office unless they had too. But, that’s not good enough for some. It does seem like a lynch mob mentality, in a way. It’s like justice isn’t being served fast, or hard enough.

Some people would even want to make him guilty of the murder of Tamara Green. God bless her soul. Without a shred of evidence, at least not yet.

LYNCH MOB

group of killers: a group of people who capture and hang somebody without legal arrest and trial, because they think the person has committed a crime. Encarta ® World English Dictionary ©

Some people even knock him for setting up a defense fund. LOL Donate if you want to. Don’t if you don’t. It’s that simple. I, personally, am not!  He has to come up with the money some how! Because his butt is definitely in the ringer. There is NO need to boycott DETROIT, or attack his pastor for offering support!!!

Loyalty

I Know some religions will excommunicate a person for doing some of the things Kwame has done. But Just because his preacher gives him support in a time of need , you want to knock HIM for doing his job. I really don't believe that his pastor believes it's ok to commit Adultery or lie on the stand. Men of god are not supposed to turn their back on anyone in their flock. Are they?

The mayor has done some bad things and I believe there is a good chance he is going to Jail.

Justice will PREVAIL!!!

Only time will tell.

But until then…………….. Cut out all the belly aching!

DRAMA QUEENS!

No problem with his pastor supporting him, just don't ask the good tax paying citizen's that he stole from to contribute to his defence, the people that pay taxes are already paying for his high priced lawyer. As for him, he has'nt been sentenced yet. Yes any politician with an ounce of caring for the peole that voted for him would give up his post, New York's mayor did and he was'nt buying suv's, vacationing, throwing parties or using city paid employees to meet his girlfriend, nor did he fire good cops that knew of his escapades and then lie smugly on the stand to cover the arzz he bared. I think most people are sick of the I can do what I want and walk smugness and arrogance. When kwame goes to jail then justice will be done.

Just like all the "drama" made in Jena, La??? How many bus loads of Detroiters filled that town THOUSANDS OF MILES AWAY??? What, decent people can't voice their opinions in any issue?? Or does it have to be a race issue for the "masses" to come out of the woodwork? LOL.

The man needs to hang from his balls and I'm not even from Detroit. There is plenty of evidence to convict him.

Don't think his ball's are big enough to hang him by,cause if he had any balls he would be a man and step down.

I find this whole thing amusing. From the Country North to South, East to West, Detroit has made the news and it's not good news. People outside of Michigan and I'm sure in Michigan just shake their heads on how one person destroyed a City. I'm neither mad or supportive of this, I just find it truely FUNNY! I see race thrown into this, which again is funny since there's no one involved is White.
I think Detroiters should learn from Atlanta. Yeah, they have the typical big city crime, but people get along there. I'm sure people from Detroit or Michigan never made it past Toledo or their once in a life time Mecca trip to Orlando, Florida. But from someone that moved out of this hole of a State by choice, Detroit and Michigan will never heal unless people change.

Bye-If Detrit government & civic leaders would quit playing the blame game with the burbs and using them as a crutch for their inner-city problems, the racial divide up here wouldn't be as notoceable. It is true that in many major cities in the South, this type of garbage is seldom seen and people are alot more real down there. They really don't have the time & the money to waste looking at each other's colors and I know from personal experiences in the Alabama/Mississippi areas that many of the African-Americans in the South think that many of their Northern counterparts are pathetic to say the least.

SeeDub,

Kwame's act's have made him an ineffective Mayor, and as such he should at the very least take a paid leave until he is cleared of the wrongdoing. Detroit needs to heal and move on, and I doubt it will do either, with Kwame at the helm.

The Only problem I have with Kwame's pastor is trying to use Greg Mathis to garner support for Kwame.

BTW, the "lynch mob mentality" of the "outsiders" was started by Kilpatrick, using his typical tactics of slamming the burbs first, especially in his "speech. I don't see anything wrong with the burbs finally standing up to his racist tirades and note that his "supporters" seem to go alot further than the burbs of Metro Detroit to speak for their own (Jena, D.C.). It's just that when the burbs do it, it is called a racist act, although it has been promoted by Kilpatrick & his clan for years. That is the main reason the burbs want him out, Actring like it was never said or happened is very typical and dosen't change the issues he made with the burbs one iota. America is watching & their eyes are opening alot wider to the same broken record being remixed over & over again. It's just plain getting old.

K Diddy is a str8t punk BLEEP lil " gimme another chance" acting sissy BLEEP idoit. I'm not even trying to consider any of his card tricks ( the God card, the race card, the family card, the children card, the I love you even if you hate me card , etc) I had actual family menbers who REALLY were victims of racism and lynched in the south in the 50's, so for him to even go there is just Bulls#*t. People that were lynched did'nt get a $170,000 a year and then mess over a whole city's cash flow, lie, and cheat, and they had no justice system that would even allow them a chance to have fund raisers to " protect" them from the lynch mob. If I had any long lost forgotten piece of respect hidden under my dog's s*$t in the backyard somewhere......THAT STATEMENT CLEARED IT OUT ! Personally Kwame can do me a big service and just go and lynch himself.I give the fund raiser to buy the rope , and we can do it at his church since he likes it there so much.

No one is asking Kwame`s pastor or any church to turn on him. They are asking that he quit using the church as a cover for his false public repentance and quit using them for his personal piggy bank. He can meet with his religious advisors privately all he wants to just like any of us and get spiritual support.

As far as his friends and family, no one is asking them to turn on him either, but to stop publically defending his outrageous lies and antics which is really nothing more than insulting the citizens intelligence. They can support him in private as well.

As far as drama queens Kwame takes the cake on that one. If he wasn`t going to prison he could easily win an Oscar next year for his performances of this year. Geez, comparing himself to Malcolm X was just soooooooo over the top! LOL

The "Fund" was set up years ago for assistance in bringing business to Detroit. Kwame renamed it and it's now set up so that those who donate are anonymous. Therefore he is still using money intended for the city for himself. What's wrong with this is that Gangs can add to the fund for police to look the other way, and if you use your imagination, many other things can be done behind the law with the fund in it's current state. Not only should he not be using this fund for himself, but the fund needs it's bylaws amended.
As far as the church supporting him, that's fine, but do it emotionally and send the money to people who REALLY need it. Any leader of a church living in upper class is a false profit. A true preacher of god would not reep the benefits from the church, but in turn pass it on to those in need.
I agree with the Bush remark. The Banks want absolute power and offer a might nice treat to those that help them (republicans). People need to wake up and see what's really going on with the government. However, that does not mean we should not ignore the local government (Kwame).
As for the Drama Queen remark, It's called freedom of speech. And it's wayyy past time for THE PEOPLE to be heard. Don't go to a pot luck dinner if you don't want to share your food! One could say creating this blog is being a drama queen, lol.

Kwame's supporters should put together a fund to pay taxpayers back the money we wasted on his lies. Detroiters are loyal and if he had told the truth we ALL would still be supporting him.

There once was a bird who didn't fly south for the winter. One day when it got really cold the bird fell to the ground, and was well on his way to freezing to death. Then along came a cow, that crapped right on the bird warming him, therefore sparing his life. The bird got so happy he started to chirp. A cat over heard the chirping from the pile of dung, uncovered the bird, and promptly ate him. The moral of the story is that somebody who puts you in chit isn’t always your enemy, and a person who get's you out of chit isn't necessarily your friend.
