The American Civil Liberties Union cheered the House of Representatives for passing H.R. 923, the Emmett Till Unsolved Civil Rights Crime Act, by a vote of 422-2. The bill authorizes $10 million annually to establish a special federal investigator in the FBI’s civil rights unit focusing on solving crimes committed before 1969. In addition, it allocates additional funds to assist local law enforcement agencies with investigating and prosecuting unsolved civil rights crimes.

There once was a bird who didn't fly south for the winter. One day when it got really cold the bird fell to the ground, and was well on his way to freezing to death. Then along came a cow, that crapped right on the bird warming him, therefore sparing his life. The bird got so happy he started to chirp. A cat over heard the chirping from the pile of dung, uncovered the bird, and promptly ate him. The moral of the story is that somebody who puts you in chit isn’t always your enemy, and a person who get's you out of chit isn't necessarily your friend.
