I can't understand how the guy could lie right to Robs face. Don't these people have any morals at all!? Bluestien must be living in another world. Another good story.

GREAT Story! The sad part of the whole thing is even if he is being brought up on charges, how many more people will he take advantage of and some might even lose their life savings because they do not know what a scammer he is, they may not have seen Rob's story before he ever gets into court.

Scammers have no morals!!! They can move from city to city, town to town taking advantage of people without losing a minute of sleep.

Thank you Rob for exposing the blatant lies that Frank is using. I still hear people who actually believe that Frank knew nothing about the "phone deal" scam, and how he would like to make the victims "whole" again. Hah! I heard he was actually part owner of "E-M Management" who issued the checks!

Frank had the fiduciary duty to his investors (and he charged $1000 for each deal they bought) to KNOW what they were buying and to advise them appropriately.

Frank and Ed are BOTH 100% guilty of defrauding investors and stealing their life savings!

Thank you Rob for your coverage and exposing these crooks who are still at large, and still preying on new victims!

Rob, I hope Franky Blue has as many sleepless nights as we have since we found out about what a scam we are involved in. I was wondering what about John his partner? He did all the paperwork after Frank sold his scam to us. And if any one went to Frank's big birthday bash? How do you feel now? Please let us know what we can do to help expose him for the fraud he is?

lhouse you asked what you can do to expose Frank? Well, we need EVERYONE to go on this blog, and to go on camera and tell your story. I guess the decision is in concerning the choice of competency or honesty I made to you and your audience on air (Ed May Charged with Securities Fraud). I told you that day that my dealings were Frank Bluestein concerning Ed May Phone Deals.
Frank Julian/Frank Bluestein should be controlled/confined, when charges are brought up (which I have filed complaints with police, FBI, SEC, and MI Attorney General). The facts in this case seem too overwhelming to me for Frank Julian/Frank Bluestein/Ed May to still be operating, however, I am not a lawyer or court official. My real sadness is that they most likely will not get long and will be out on the streets pawning swamp land like the original “Ponzi” looking for new victims.
When I met Frank Bluestein he portrayed a legitimate representative of Gunn Allen Financial. How could have Gunn Allen ever let a guy like this represent them?

Gary Young sorted and mailed Ed May checks, cared for the suite at the palace, cared for the car wash down the street from the office,
traveled with Frank to CA for new sales for new clients, and also handled the meetings at the hotels.

I'm sure Frank has his "assets" locked away in off shore or foreign accounts so the people he has screwed over in America can't get their hands on it. What goes around comes around and karma will play a big role in Frank Bluestein's future-He will rip off the wrong person & they will deal with him on their terms. He better wish for a lengthy prison stay & even then, he isn't untouchable by those he cheated and lied to. Have a nice life, Frank Jullian Bluestein, whatever!

Ed May developed the deals,Frank helped him sell them...The numbers I understand are Frank 80% sales-Ed May 20%....No one will ever convince me that this was a one man job....If it is true that Frank was part owner of EM-Management than I am also not convinced that Ed acted alone in constructing these deals....
I believe that all the immediate family and close friends at maximum financial knew what was going on....Nathan, Franks son is a licensed broker who knew all about the Ed May deals and also promoted them....He too should be held responsible for not reporting the sale of these investments to the SEC...Ramona Smith Bluestein wasn't shy when it came to encouraging investors to buy them...I recieved several phone calls from her letting me know when the newest deals came in and I was asked by her how many I wanted to buy....John Morton is Nathan's uncle...He has been Frank's side kick for years...He helped Frank screw his own sister ( Nathan's mother ) out of Franks assets by helping him hide them when they got divorced...Tiffany the daughter Frank repeatedly put down and can't stand; for what ever reason stood by him while he helped swindle investors out of their money...Gary Young is another Frank groupie who hangs on to his coat tails hoping I'm sure for a cut of wealth pie for himself....Ramona wasn't shy about making it a family affair...Both her kids work for Frank and Frank rewarded her daughter with a $250,000 dollar house; right down the street from his own...They are all a bunch of shysters!!!!
