A Great Day in History

This is a great day in the 232 year history of this country.  It is precedent setting in many ways and will require our individual ongoing guidance to make it better.  Thanks to the internet, we the people can now communicate with our elected representatives and voice our opinions to help shape the future of this country and our efforts in the world.  The future requires that each of us to communicate regularly to make our voices heard from the bottom up.  I have watched and studied for over 67 years and am amazed at our sucesses and advances.  I will be one person that will be helping our worlds future.  God bless America and the world.  We have no way to go but onward and upward to a better life.

Oil Crisis

Thought for the day.  Where do we sell or use our world 17% oil production?  I'll bet the open market at market prices.  Duh, money talks and goodness to the public walks.  If we do start drilling for oil (and we should) how will it help reducing our current costs when it goes on line.  World market price is my bet.  I still looking for answers...so for my retired life style I am going to reduce my operating costs for oil, gas, electricity, food, etc any way I can.  How about you?
