can anyone tell me why did we do it?
you have CEO's and other's taking a luxury vacation and spending 440,000.00 just so they can get relaxed so they can go back to work so they can Felice the American Tax Payers again now they are saying that the 85 Billion was not enough now they want more.Bush has Hired Hank Paulson from Goldman Sachs for the Federal Reserve now he Hires Neel Kashkari another Ex Goldman Sachs so they both can figure out who gets what if any of the 700 Billion that again we the Tax Payers were Fleeced out of.If these two could not keep Goldman Sachs from failure and pocketing Millions into their own pockets just what makes it OK for them to handle the 700 Billion.
Now I would like to know just how many out there are as upset about the mess that we are in the stocks are still falling the CEOS are not held accountable for all the money that they have fleeced out of the companies that they were running and they are still in charge of these companies? Does anyone other then me find this quite strange or am I just so old that this is just a norm to keep People in that kind of position? In the private sector if you lost that kind of money you would not have a job let alone get millions for that kind of work ethic.I really think that these CEOS are sitting back and laughing at us the tax payers for giving them all that money.Yes I have lost money in my 401K and 403B I said then and I still say it now that we should have NEVER GIVEN any money to anyone of them.

Now Kwame's Lawyers have released a 911 call from the Police Officer that wanted to make a report about the Incident that happened at the Mayor's sister's house.
Well in my opinion is that it has nothing to do with what has happened
IF THE MAYOR DID PUT HIS HANDS ON THE POLICE OFFICER AND PUSHED OR HIT EITHER ONE OF THEM THAT IS ALL THAT MATTER'S.REGARDLESS OF HOW YOU ARE YOU ARE NOT ALOUD TO PUT YOUR HANDS ON AN OFFICER AT ANY TIME.
just because the guy was laughing does not mean that it did not happen! His tax payed bodyguard's are already saying that one did not see anything and the other one is saying that the Mayor did not do it.His sister will not talk so do you really think he will be convicted of this crime or not?

DID YOU KNOW?
As you walk up the steps to the
building which houses the U.S Supreme Court
you can see n ear the top of the building a row
of the world's law givers and each one is
facing one in the middle who is facing forward
with a full frontal view ... it is Moses and he
is holding the Ten Commandments!

. DID YOU KNOW?
As you enter the Supreme Court courtroom, the
Two huge oak doors have the Ten Commandments
Engraved on each lower portion of each door.

DID YOU KNOW?
As you sit inside the courtroom, you can see
The wall, right above where the Supreme Court
judges sit, a display of the Ten Commandments!

DID YOU KNOW?

There are Bible verses etched in stone all
over the Federal Buildings and Monuments in
Washington , D.C.
DID YOU KNOW?

James Madison, the fourth president, known as
'The Father of Our Constitution' made the
following statement:
' We have staked the whole of all our political
institutions upon the capacity of mankind for
self-government, upon the capacity of each and
all of us to govern ourselves, to control
ourselves, to sustain ourselves according to
the Ten Commandments of God.'
DID YOU KNOW?
Every session of Congress begins with a prayer
by a paid preacher, whose salary has been paid
by the taxpayer since 1777.
DID YOU KNOW?
Fifty-two of the 55 founders of the
Constitution were members of the established
orthodox churches in the colonies.
DID YOU KNOW?
Thomas Jefferson worried that the Courts would
overstep their authority and instead of
interpreting the law would begin making law
an oligarchy
the rule of few over many.
How then, have we gotten to the point that
everything we have done for 220 years in this
country is now suddenly wrong and
unconstitutional?
Lets put it around the world and let the world
see and remember what this great country was
built on.

I was asked to send this on if I agreed or
delete if I didn't. Now it is your turn...
It is said that 86% of Americans believe in God.
Therefore, it is very hard to understand
why there is such a mess about having the Ten
Commandments on display or 'In God We Trust'
on our money and having God in the Pledge of
Allegiance. Why don't we just tell the other
14% to Sit Down and SHUT UP!!!
If you agree, pass this on

Is it just me that always run into drivers that drive any where from 5 to 10 miles under the speed limit or do others out there find the same problem? I want to think that the people that drive that slow either do not have a drivers license or they are wanted by the police or are 100 years old I'm in my 50's I drive the speed limit to 5 miles over a couple of years ago we had are van in the shop and when we went to get it and there was a woman in there getting her truck she wrote a check to pay the work and gave the clerk her check and a state ID the clerk asked her for her drivers license's and this woman told him that's just as good as a license's because she did not have a drivers license's.I think maybe if the cops start to pull people over that are going that slow maybe we can get some of these jackazzes off the road.I was watching a news show and they had a piece on safe driving and the cop said that he had to ticket someone because they did not leave a couple car length in between the car in front of them but when you do you have others who think you left that much space so they can weave in and out of traffic cut you off because they think that you just are just in their way, then you have the ones who drive slow and then run red lights you have ones who do not have insurance on their cars until they need their plate and after they get it they drop their insurance I think that they should have some kind way that they can track how long you had that car insurance and if you have had your drivers license for a long time and you keep on having a low number or what ever they use you can not get plates for you car.what do others out there think?

Duck & the Devil
There was a little boy visiting his grandparents on their farm.
He was given a slingshot to play with out in the woods.
He practiced in the woods; but he could never hit the target.
Getting a little discouraged, he headed back for dinner.
As he was walking back he saw Grandma's pet duck.
Just out of impulse, he let the slingshot fly, hit the duck square in the head and killed it. He was shocked and grieved!
In a panic, he hid the dead duck in the wood pile; only to see his
sister watching! Sally had seen it all, but she said nothing.
After lunch the next day Grandma said, 'Sally, let's wash the dishes'
But Sally said, 'Grandma, Johnny told me he wanted to help in the kitchen.'
Then she whispered to him, 'Remember the duck?'
So Johnny did the dishes.
Later that day, Grandpa asked if the children wanted to go fishing and Grandma said, 'I'm sorry but I need Sally to help make supper.'
Sally just smiled and said, 'Well that's all right because Johnny told me he wanted to help' .
She whispered again,'Remember the duck?'So Sally went fishing and Johnny stayed to help.
After several day of Johnny doing both his chores and Sally's; he
finally couldn't stand it any longer.
He came to Grandma and confessed that he had killed the duck.
Grandma knelt down, gave him a hug and said, 'Sweetheart, I know. You see, I was standing at the window and I saw the whole thing, but because I love you, I forgave you. I was just wondering how long you would let Sally make a slave of you.'
Thought for the day and every day thereafter?
Whatever is in your past, whatever you have done... And the devil keeps throwing it up in your face (lying, cheating, debt, fear, bad habits, hatred, anger, bitterness, etc.) ..whatever it is...You need to know that God was standing at the window and He saw the whole thin g.
He has seen your whole life. He wants you to know that He loves you and that you are forgiven. He's just wondering how long you will let the devil make a slave of you.
The great thing about God is that when you ask for forgiveness;
He not only forgives you, but He forgets.
It is by God's grace and mercy that we are saved.
Go ahead and make the difference in someone's life today.
Share this with a friend and always remember:
God is at the window!
When Jesus died on the cross; he was thinking of you!
If you are one of the 93 % who will stand up for him forward this with the title, 'I'm in the 93%'
May GOD BLESS YOU ALL AND REMEMBER HE IS WATCHING US.The Devil will make you do yhe wrong things in live.

My brother in law sent me this I know we have had this kind of topic before but I still think we need to stop Illegal Immigration I do not know why these people should think that they are entitled to something that they are not they crossed into this country Illegally and what everything just hand to them free and clear. We really need to have people how will stand up for the rights of the American People.
Newspapers simply won't publish letters to the editor which they either deem politically incorrect (read below) or which does not agree with the philosophy they're pushing on the public. This woman wrote a great letter to the editor that should have been published; but, with your help it will get published via cyberspace!
From: 'David LaBonte'
My wife, Rosemary, wrote a wonderful letter to the editor of the OC Register which, of course, was not printed. So, I decided to 'print' it myself by sending it out on the Internet. Pass it along if you feel so inclined. Written in response to a series of letters to the editor in the Orange County Register:
Dear Editor:
So many letter writers have based their arguments on how this land is made up of immigrants. Ernie Lujan for one, suggests we should tear down the Statue of Liberty because the people now in question aren't being treated the same as those who passed through Ellis Island and other ports of entry.
Maybe we should turn to our history books and point out to people like Mr. Lujan why today's American is not willing to accept this new kind of immigrant any longer. Back in 1900 when there was a rush from all areas of Europe to come to the United States, people had to get off a ship and stand in a long line in New York and be documented. Some would even get down on their hands and knees and kiss the ground. They made a pledge to uphold the laws and support their new country in good and bad times. They made learning English a primary rule in their new American households and some even changed their names to blend in with their new home.
They had waved good bye to their birth place to give their children a new life and did everything in their power to help their children assimilate into one culture. Nothing was handed to them. No free lunches, no welfare, no labor laws to protect them. All they had were the skills and craftsmanship they had brought with them to trade for a future of prosperity.
Most of their children came of age when World War II broke out. My father fought along side men whose parents had come straight over from Germany, Italy, France and Japan . None of these 1st generation Americans ever gave any thought about what country their parents had come from. They were Americans fighting Hitler, Mussolini and the Emperor of Japan. They were defending the United States of America as one people.
When we liberated France, no one in those villages were looking for the French-American or the German American or the Irish American. The people of France saw only Americans. And we carried one flag that represented one country. Not one of those immigrant sons would have thought about picking up another country's flag and waving it to represent who they were. It would have been a disgrace to their parents who had sacrificed so much to be here. These immigrants truly knew what it meant to be an American. They stirred the melting pot into one red, white and blue bowl.
And here we are in 2008 with a new kind of immigrant who wants the same rights and privileges. Only they want to achieve it by playing with a different set of rules, one that includes the entitlement card and a guarantee of being faithful t o their mother country. I'm sorry, that's not what being an American is all about. I believe that the immigrants who landed on Ellis Island in the early 1900's deserve better than that for all the toil, hard work and sacrifice in raising future generations to create a land that has become a beacon for those legally searching for a better life. I think they would be appalled that they are being used as an example by those waving foreign country flags.
And for that suggestion about taking down the Statue of Liberty, it happens to mean a lot to the citizens who are voting on the immigration bill. I wouldn't start talking about dismantling the United States just yet.
(signed) Rosemary LaBonte
KEEP THIS LETTER MOVING. FOR THE WRONG THINGS TO PREVAIL THE RIGHTFUL MAJORITY NEEDS TO REMAIN COMPLACENT AND QUIET!!
LET THIS NEVER HAPPEN!!
I sincerely hope this letter gets read by millions of people all across the nation!!

Theyre standing on the corner and they can't speak English. I can't even talk the way these people talk:
Why you ain't,
Where you is,
What he drive,
Where he stay,
Where he work,
Who you be...
And I blamed the kid until I heard the mother talk.
And then I heard the father talk.
Everybody knows it's important to speak English except these knuckleheads. You can't be a doctor with that kind of crap coming out of your mouth.
In fact you will never get any kind of job making a decent living. People marched and were hit in the face with rocks to get an education, and now we've got these knuckleheads walking around.
The lower economic people are not holding up their end in this deal.
These people are not parenting. They are buying things for kids. $500 sneakers for what??
And they won't spend $200 for Hooked on Phonics.
I am talking about these people who cry when their son is standing there in an orange suit.
Where were you when he was 2??
Where were you when he was 12??
Where were you when he was 18 and how come you didn't know that he had a pistol??
And where is the father?? Or who is his father?
People putting their clothes on backward:
Isn't that a sign of something gone wrong?
People with their hats on backward, pants down around the crack, isn't that a sign of something?
Or are you waiting for Jesus to pull his pants up?
Isn't it a sign of something when she has her dress all the way up and got all type of needles [piercing] going through her body? What part of Africa did this come from??
We are not Africans. Those people are not Africans; they don't know a thing about Africa.
With names like Shaniqua, Taliqua and Mohammed and all of that crap, and all of them are in jail.
Brown or black versus the Board of Education is no longer the white persons problem.
We have got to take the neighborhood back.
People used to be ashamed. Today a woman has eight children with eight different 'husbands' -- or men or whatever you call them now.
We have millionaire football players who cannot read.
We have million-dollar basketball players who can't write two paragraphs. We, as black folks have to do a better job. Someone working at Wal-Mart with seven kids, you are hurting us.
We have to start holding each other to a higher standard.
We cannot blame the white people any longer.'

From Sweatshops to Cotton Fields: Child Labor Goes Rural
Far from the urban industrial sweatshops, child labor remains widespread in rural parts of the developing world.
In the Philippines, advocates say tens of thousands of children are working on farms, in mines, and even in deep-sea fishing.
The Philippine Department of Labor and Employment, in a press release late last month, claimed to have rescued 76 children under age 15 from working at a single sugar plantation.
The agency plans to send the children back to school, and also to provide them with medical care and economic assistance.
Wire services reported last month that the United States has promised $5.5 million to the Philippines to help it with a stepped-up campaign to combat child labor.
Meanwhile, the U.S.-based advocacy group World Vision announced a plan to rescue as many as 30,000 children it says are illegally working in the Philippines.
Daphne Culanag, the World Vision project's director, told the Philippine Daily Inquirer that children as young as 9 work in sugar cane plantations, deep-sea fishing, mining and other industries in the islands' rural areas.
The new program, which focuses largely on education, follows a four-year project that ended in March 2007, during which World Vision claims to have taken 31,000 Philippine children out of work and sent them back to school.
The Philippines is far from the only nation to struggle with rural child labor.
Forbes magazine last month ran an article about India's cotton plantations where the U.S. agricultural powerhouse Monsanto is growing hybridized cottonseed.
Much of the manual labor is performed by children who are paid 20 cents an hour to stoop over cotton fields from dawn to dusk.
Some of them work near a sign which declares "Monsanto India Limited Child Labour Free Fields," the article said.
Forbes cites one study that found that 420,000 children under the age of 18 were employed by cotton plantations in India, with 54 percent of that number under the age of 14.
An executive from Monsanto later wrote a response to the article saying, "I'm optimistic that, 10 years from now, Monsanto will be viewed as the catalyst that initiated and helped achieve the elimination of child labor in India."
-- Will Crain/Newsdesk.org
I read this article and it just made me sick especially the part about U.S. Agricultural Powerhouse Monsanto and the children who are working for 20 cents an hour from dawn to dusk and the sign that declares Monsanto India Limited Child Labour Free Fields,Is that a joke or what?Just what other country's are have these poor children working like Slave's while they sit back and enjoy them self's it's just a shame that those who are involved with this kind of behavior don't get strung up or shot.

My Brother-Inlaw sent this to me and I just thought you might enjoy it.
His name is Bill. He has wild hair, wears a T-shirt with holes in it, jeans, and no shoes.
This was literally his wardrobe for his entire four years of college.
He is brilliant. Kind of profound and very, very bright. He became a Christian while attending college.
Across the street from the campus is a well-dressed, very conservative church.
They want to develop a ministry to the students but are not sure how to go about it.
One day Bill decides to go there. He walks in with no shoes, jeans, his T-shirt, and wild hair.
The service has already started and so Bill starts down the aisle looking for a seat.
The church is completely packed and he can't find a seat. By now, people are really looking a bit uncomfortable, but no one says anything.
Bill gets closer and closer and closer to the pulpit, and when he realizes there are no seats,
he just squats down right on the carpet.
By now the people are really uptight, and the tension in the air is thick.
Ab out this time, the minister realizes that from way at the back of the church,
a deacon is slowly making his way toward Bill.
Now the deacon is in his eighties, has silver-gray hair, and a three-piece suit.
A godly man, very elegant, very dignified, very courtly. He walks with a cane and,
as he starts walking toward this boy, everyone is saying to themselves that you
can't blame him for what he's going to do.
How can you expect a man of his age and of his background to understand some college kid on the floor?
It takes a long time for the man to reach the boy.
The church is utterly silent except for the clicking of the man's cane. All eyes are focused on him.
You can't even hear anyone breathing. The minister can't even preach the sermon until the deacon
does what he has to do.
And now they see this elderly man drop his cane on the floor. With great difficulty,
he lowers himself and sits down next to Bill and worships with him so he won't be alone..
Everyone chokes up with emotion. When the minister regains control, he says,
'What I'm about to preach, you will never remember.
What you have just seen, you will never forget. '
'Be careful how you live. You may be the only Bible some people will ever read!'
I asked the Lord to bless you
As I prayed for you today.
To guide you and protect you
As you go along your way....
His love is always with you,
His promises are true,
And when we give Him all our cares,
You know He will see us through.
Pass this to People you want God to Bless. I DID!

RIYADH, Saudi Arabia -- Saudi Arabia's leaders are making clear they see no reason to increase oil production until customers demand it, the White House said.
President George W. Bush was in the oil-rich country Friday to appeal to King Abdullah for greater production to help halt rising gas prices in the United States.
But his national security adviser, Stephen Hadley, said Saudi officials stuck to their position that they already are meeting demand.
Hadley said the Saudis are saying that their country "does not have customers that are making requests for oil that they are not able to satisfy."
Oil prices climbed to a new high Friday, topping $127 a barrel.
This is what was said by the Saudi Arabia's Leaders on May the 16th
well I think maybe we should cut the BILLIONS that we send over to them maybe we should ask the AMERICAN CITIZENS if there is a need to keep on sending all that money to them? Why should we keep on sending Billions in Foreign Aid to a country that could easily afford to spend their own money instead of ours.
what do the rest of you guys think????

Does any one want to make a prediction on how high fuel prices will go?
I would like President Bush to explain to the American public, just why he can't stop this madness. He doesn't even care to give us one of those feel good speeches at this point.
At what point does the (Lame Dick) Bush / Chaney regime decide that they have enough oil money to set them and thier family's up for life? These are happy times for people with oil or gas royalties from the mineral rights that have passed down for generations. Believe me when I tell you that the Bush / Chaney famlies and friends have plenty to gain from the price of oil.
The fist one's to start to drilling for Oil lied and cheated the people that owned the land that the oil was on way back then. And they are still the only one's still lying and cheating the working class and the poor out of what money we have.
I personally don't see it stopping at 10.00 - 20.00 a gallon. Why should they stop now, the Oil Companies know the Bush family is on there side. Good old American greed is alive and well.In the Bush family and their croonies.
This administration has done more harm to our economy in the shortest amount of time that I can remember, they have only been out to make more and more money for themself's and their good ole buddy's.
The sad thing about our future is this fact. Bush will actually look like a saint compared to what Obama will do to our nation.Obama say's he want's change but just what kind of change will he be able to do.But I truley do not seeing anyone doing any good for us no matter who get's in the White House.
God Bless America, we need it bad.......Because nobody else will.

Here is a thought why some just can not get a job I found this and thought of everyone out there looking for a job it just might not be you thats bad..
Worst States For Jobs
If you’ve rewritten that résumé several times and sent out dozens of applications but your job search still shows no promise, you might not be the problem.
One frequently overlooked but critical factor in finding a new job is your state’s unemployment rate. You can have the experience and skills of an employer’s dream, but they won’t do you any good if there just aren’t enough jobs available.
The unemployment rate is the percentage of job seekers in the work force who are still looking for work. The higher the percentage, the more difficult it is to find a job. The national unemployment rate is 4.8 percent, based on the most recent data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS).
If you’re looking for a job, you should see how your state compares to the rest of the country. Here are the 10 worst states to find work ranked by their unemployment rates.*

Boy if this is true we really need to think of who we give are tax dollars to!!
I have always thought we should help the citizens of the USA first then Other Countrys citizens we have more people in the USA that needs our help than the ones who hate us let the Rich oil barrons help those people..
what do you think???
This ought to upset everybody:
How they vote in the United Nations:
Below are the actual voting records of various Arabic/Islamic States which are recorded in both the US State Department and United Nations records:
Kuwait votes against the United States 67% of the time
Qatar votes against the United States 67% of the time
Morocco votes against the United States 70% of the time
United Arab Emirates votes against the U. S. 70% of the time.
Jordan votes against the United States 71% of the time.
Tunisia votes against the United States 71% of the time.
Saudi Arabia votes against the United States 73% of the time
Yemen votes against the United States 74% of the time.
Algeria votes against the United States 74% of the time.
Oman votes against the United States 74% of the time.
Sudan votes against the United States 75% of the time.
Pakistan votes against the United States 75% of the time.
Libya votes against the United States 76% of the time.
Egypt votes against the United States 79% of the time.
Lebanon votes against the United States 80% of the time.
India votes against the United States 81% of the time.
Syria votes against the United States 84% of the time.
Mauritania votes against the United States 87% of the time.
U S Foreign Aid to those that hate us:
Egypt, for example, after voting 79% of the time against the United States, still receives $2 billion annually in US Foreign Aid.
Jordan votes 71% against the United States
And receives $192,814,000 annually in US Foreign Aid.
Pakistan votes 75% against the United States
Receives $6,721,000 annually in US Foreign Aid.
India votes 81% against the United States
Receives $143,699,000 annually.
Perhaps it is time to get out of the UN and give the tax savings back to the American workers who are having to skimp and sacrifice to pay the taxes (and gasoline).
Disgusting isn't it?
