B. Hussein Obama was not born in Hawaii, he was born in Kenya.
NO, absolutly not. He either has duel citizenship or has not renounce his Indonesian citizenship. Against our constitution. End of question.

Can you provide a link providing proof that dual citizenship is against our constitution? The only reputable information I can find about it says that the US frowns upon it, but it is legal.

This is not an attempt to support Obama. This is not an attempt to support McCain. This is reputable information provided to help people in making their own decisions about the situation.

Also, the only proof that Obama was born in Kenya is his 85ish year old grandmother. Her cognitive function has not been evaluated, or at least not released. It could be that she suffers from dementia or delirium. While I agree that Obama should just produce his birth certificate (and I think it's stupid that he hasn't), this only allows us to ASSUME he doesn't have one. It does not PROVE he does not have one.

Again, I am not saying I like Obama.

Fact check and Snopes are both unreliable sources for information. The image of the birth certificate that I saw linked on the Snopes site could have easily been photo shopped. Obama's sister says he was born in one hospital in Hawaii and Obama says he was born in another in Hawaii, while his grandmother claims she was present when he was born in Kenya!!! So which is it? Who is telling the truth? I am going with Grandma on this one me thinks!

I've seen the video. Again: Obama not providing his birth certificate does not prove beyond reasonable doubt that he does not have a valid US issued certificate, it just proves that he used very very poor judgment in resolving the issue. Of coarse that video will be interpreted differently by different people so there's not much point in arguing the matter.

I understand his grandmother said he was born in Kenya, but it is really hard for me to believe that multiple colleges including Harvard and all the interviews and elections he had to go through to become a politician were all frauded in regards to his citizenship.

Also, his sister that said he was born in a different hospital than Obama said was born 9 years after Obama. She was not there for his birth and therefore can not be a valid source for this accusation. The hospitals should be providing documentation of the birth in charts and documentation of his mother's pregnancy and admission of labor since such records should exist.

Joking aside (half-way joking), NO. That's our law. We MUST respect it unless and until the time we change it.

Did I not say that it was very very poor judgment on his behalf in regards to resolving this issue. I agree, we are all awaiting the Supreme Court's decision. In my previous posts I have not been defending Obama, just keeping, and trying to help people keep, an open mind about the allegations. In order to be reputable yourself (not you personally, but in general) you have to look at all views of the situation, including those that you do not agree with and provide an argument based on both sides of the story in full scope.

UCFS, was it poor judgment? That seems a long shot to me.

I think he cannot produce these documents, and that is why he refuses to. It is NOT a matter of judgement. He has MANY advisors that no doubt told him to put up or shut up.

He has decided to shut up.

The Supreme Court will decide if he is hiding something.

Hopefully, it will be soon.

There will be justice. Make no mistake.

If Obama is not eligible, that will be the ruling.

But Obama will have to finally produce the documents! If he is indeed eligible, he could have saved himself much trouble, and perhaps gotten millions more votes.

But he is still refusing to prove he is actually an American citizen! WHY?
