I hope that some court appointed lawyers use this as an example in court to allow them to get documents for their defense cases before paying for them . This will raise the bar [ or lower it ] for all future cases .

The judge should be ashamed as he has done exactly what the prosecutor has expected, play favorites. So I guess from now until September when it's pretrial time $700/hour will come from his defense fund??? I agree with the fact that these cats come from out of town, don't know anything about the history of this clown...or maybe they do know and see $$$$$.

One thing that I got out of the whole thing is that, this is how KK gets his four votes (Collins, Reeves, Talabi and Jones) and then leave the women looking like axxholes. I've never seen so many ignorant and misled women in my life!!! I bet all of them have some sort of history of spousal abuse, maybe/maybe not physical, but verbal for sure!!! They'll believe any darn thing the man says. And I don't think it's all fear of his position or retaliation, it's part how he looks, how he talks, how he dresses - you know, the same old irrevelant BS that most of his female supporters entertain and justify as a reason for supporting him. (Dang....that sounds familiar)

Yeah, and I just read Rochelle Riley's column on how they did Watson. That is the THIRD blatant example of his disdain for women -- how he feels it's his job to use them and then toss them. The second was Beatty and the first obviously his mama! Poor Watson sat allowed herself to request a council adjournment to take her false hope into a meeting with this clown. Not only did he play her --- but he stuck her neck out there for his attorneys to stomp on...then KK sends one of his aides to go back to Watson and RETRIEVE the note he wrote to her requesting the meeting so his attorneys can go on TV and say 'it never happened, he never considered it and that Watson is lying'.

This SOB ain't changed so where is all this false hope coming from...have hope in somebody who has a chance like a 15 year-old, or even a 20 year old. Don't look for a thirty-ANYTHING year old man to change - cause he already is, what already was, and what he used to be - ain't about to be no better than what he is going to amount to be.

MichiganPerson....that's the problem, HE DOESN'T HAVE ANY!!!!! He uses women....lest I forget chief Bully is another one and Mcfailure and that Tolliver woman who is his national watchdog over his "image". Battered women (in this form) don't get it. Two to the body and one to the head and before the swelling goes down, they come right back for more. He's left every last one of them looking like wayward little girls.

I had to accompany my granfather to 36's landlord/Tenant court. It said to be there at 8:00 am. This judge didn't take the bench until 11:00am! He offered no explanation or apology. The baliff said this is his normal and instructed Grandpa to sign a consent agreement and give his tenant 10 days to leave and forgo all the rent the bum had not paid. Finally, the judge showed up, called the case and took 3minutes to rush us through the process. My Grandad was out the filing fee, $20 parking, 3 months back rent. And to top it off the tenant vandalized the house to the tune of a $7,ooo insurance claim. I wonder why he immediately sold all his property in the city. I wrote a letter to the same chief judge who is allowing Giles to remain seated for KK's hearing. No response. The 36th District Court is a joke.
