S.O.S. Making mistakes

I bought a car last year and had the title in my possession. Three weeks later the S.O.S. changed the title information to another person. I went up there and the S.O.S. manager told me that the old owner went there and said I sold her the car back and that I couldn't find the title. That was a lie. The old owner made a report on me and "I" was arressted! No one would believe me and I was in jail from June 12, 2007 until December 28, 2007. Then I was forced to transitional housing where I couldn't leave. I was released on March 3, 2008. I lost everything for what that woman did including but not limited to my house, office, clothes, computers, pictures and everything. Worse of all my dog Junior slowly died inside the house with no one to take care of him. I was never permitted to make a phone call. Now I have a record, my dog died and she has my car! To top it off I have to pay restitution. I have searched everywhere for a Lawyer to sue the S.O.S. but can't  find one. After I was released for stealing my own car, I was homeless. I reported this to the news and haven't gotten a reply to date.
