I'm about to head to Grant Park to talk to everyone gathered there, but I wanted to write to you first.

We just made history.

And I don't want you to forget how we did it.

You made history every single day during this campaign -- every day you knocked on doors, made a donation, or talked to your family, friends, and neighbors about why you believe it's time for change.

I want to thank all of you who gave your time, talent, and passion to this campaign.

We have a lot of work to do to get our country back on track, and I'll be in touch soon about what comes next.

But I want to be very clear about one thing...

All of this happened because of you.

MY only hope is the Unity of this Country, and who knows, maybe the world. I let one of my resident (85 years old) know that we have a new president... this resident is African American with Alzheimer’s I made sure she understood me I looked deep into her eyes and I said  (her name) our new President is Black, her face was stunned, her reply, "Well I'll be Damned" and she smiled. I wanted her to feel the  historic moment! I wanted her be part of it just like the rest of us!

A luxury we all can afford -TAX Free -life's simple pleasures

I have a great Idea! I'm going to put the U.S back on the map!

 

Palin  pondering for a moment and and replies, "what world were you on, when thee George was running for eight years- did you forget that Columbus discovered that the world is no longer flat but round ,and was it not thee Bush  who mutilated the same map thou speak off!

...once again McCain a figment of his own imagination proceeds to the Twilight Zone ,he sits and ponders some more.

Its not just about one man running the country

 

It’s about the country being run by capable individual and the individual needs more than himself.

 

 Behind every leader there’s got to be a few good men. We need to disclaim what is important for this country and not worry what’s on the other side of the world.

 

We need to clean our back yard first!

 

God help us if McCain gets in

 

 McCain’s- Palin =Mickey mouse and Daffy duck  This is Serious we are talking about a nation that’s seems to be going down the toilet . We need not a flush-  we need a Royal flush! OBAMA!

 

 

 

 

 

 

September is here again… a month that only reminds me of that dark day:

 

9/11

 

 

 

I was on the other side of the world; the pain was just as strong!

 

Confusion -anger and pain crippled my being, like many I will never forget that day as long as I live.

 

 I would’ve given 10 years of my life if only I could have turn back time.

 

 A remembrance to those who lost their life and to the families to let them know we feel empathy with everyday of their lives.

 

Gone from sight but not forgotten .

 

 

 

 

What drives a person to do such an evil act upon a frail woman !I cannot fathom the action of this evil individual!

Does this man have no heart? A human being can be worse than an animal, cause animals kill to survive, but humans kill and hurt people for no reason! This man should be put in a room and have the family members beat the hell out of him and then put in jail for life! I know two wrongs don't make it right but it will make me feel better!

 

UFO ! Believe it! or not!

There I was in the middle of the desert when suddenly there was a light I could hear the howling of the coyote... as I stood still I felt the earth move -suddenly the light struck me blind! Darkness bestowed on me but in my time of danger I was able to capture the moment!( With my camera). I tried to run for my life but my body stood still my brain and legs were disconected I was in two minds ...I had no control! I was overwhelmed by fear! Suddenly I saw another light and right before me was the hand of God! "Come" HE SAYS ,take your camera and develop the film and show the world and you will make plenty of money so you can have your plastic surgery! With this in mind I saw the light that led me to safety (my cell phone) -so I called a limo and I told him to take me to LA LA LAND so I might fit in silicon city and I will be just like those plastic  fantastic people!

As I look around me I become more disillusioned… there are two things that pop up in my head, and fear the most- that is  - Healthcare and the Homeless.

We know we can’t get blood out of a stone and we are so sure, we cannot milk a bull!

But what can we do for America a country that I have been aware of since I was a child a country that always stood out to the outsiders?

 

 

 I remember when president Kennedy died, you may say who doesn’t- I was only seven years old and on the other side of the world. I knew about president Kennedy from my grandmother, (at the time I was in Italy).

 I remember president Kennedy being assassinated. I haven’t been long in the US I’m a resident not a Citizen and I have so much concerns… but do I have a right to exclaim those concerns? Do I have the right to be angry, when I’ve only been here a short time? Can I make a difference? You see I’m a caring person and I care for the people I would love to make a difference on a positive note, my husband was born in California he is an American he can vote, I cant, and what disappoints me is how many people discard it.

All I hear from people is my vote wont make a difference, if you add up all the negatives and put them to good use you can turn it into a great positive and voice yourself with a vote    they don’t realize how quickly all those negative people add up - and how they can change the course. Everyday on the news we are given daily reports on our candidates I feel this has been bestowed on me to be a part of it and I really want to contribute in any way possible I Want to open peoples minds- give it a try an hour of you life could change the course of a great nation.

 

 

And as for the homeless, they don’t want to be there –I’m so sure that once they were like you and I a lovely home a family a job and security but when you lose a job and get into debt you can lose your dignity and go down hill and you can burry yourself and there is no getting out and healthcare is so expensive and most of the time it is acquired through your work

If you get ill you can lose it all with a flick of a light I hope we can find a solution I hope Obama is the person who can make history.  

 

 

Two men went to Italy Rome to make a wish on the Trevi Fountain… one man was from Spain, the other from the USA.

The Spaniard closes his eyes and gently kisses his euro dollar and then throws it in the fountain  making a big splash

He then opens his eyes and right before him stands a 5ft 10 inches brunette… His wish came true.

 

The Spaniard was beaming with joy !

The American sees this so he does the same as he wiggles his eyebrows.

But! with his American dollar.

NO SPLASH!   –Quickly the American opens his eyes wishing for the same -but to his disappointment he sees "Nothing"-Nothing before him!

 Suddenly he feels something tugging his pants and as he looks down he sees a 2ft pint size woman.

 The Spaniard smirks at the American as he walks away with his wish !

Scratching his head the American is left bewildered?

His dollar didn’t measure up to the euro !

Who will make our dollar go farther!

 

Make a simple order vote carefully and read between the lines  put the USA back on the map the way it should be !

 

Lets make it happen! And maybe your wish can come true when you visit the Trevi fountain.

Politicians - Where can you find a sincere one?

 So many promises! And so many to be broken! A child can see a homeless man and point him out. Some people say they are there cause they want to be there.

Crap! Something must’ve happened and I’m telling you it can happen to YOU!

You can become homeless with in a blink of an eye  … why so many homeless!

 Why such a large bracket from rich to poor? Where are the middle class?

  How many of us are a paycheck away from poverty

You have a mortgage! You have health insurance and suddenly Boom!

You lose your job your become ill you’ve lost your home you cant make payments 

And why? Cause your employer finds it easy to let you go- no warning -there should be a claw for Employers if you fire them you need to give them 4 weeks pay…and it has come to my attention some business find it easy to fire you at Christmas time  what a lovely Christmas present -  there is no respect for the worker today

 The workers don’t stick together its every man for himself there is no unified workers where is the back bone

There is no backbone cause they are all to frighten of losing their jobs and I don’t blame them.

So much patriotism but who really exercise it when you really need it - your talk of third world country how they are overworked and underpaid every second American needs a second job just to live!

No wonder so many people lose the plot!

 Is there a solution?

Lets bake a President

He takes care of his backyard

Before he takes care of someone else’s

Arrogant but humble  

Give the working class respect and treat them for there worth

Make the big business know how important an employee is

Cause without employees there is no business

Wages should be equal if you are doing the same work as your coworkers

No matter what piece of paper you have or no matter what sex you are

A Healthy health care system

And now for the icing on the cake

 Cut down those bloody taxes!

1. 40% of all workers in L. A. County ( L. A. County has 10.2 million people) are working for cash and not paying taxes. This is because they are predominantly illegal immigrants working without a green card.



2. 95% of warrants for murder in Los Angeles are for illegal aliens.



3. 75% of people on the most wanted list in Los Angeles are illegal aliens.



4. Over 2/3 of all births in Los Angeles County are to illegal alien Mexicans on Medi-Cal , whose births were paid for by taxpayers.



5. Nearly 35% of all inmates in California detention centers are Mexican nationals here illegally.



6. Over 300,000 illegal aliens in Los Angeles County are living in garages.



7. The FBI reports half of all gang members in Los Angeles are most likely illegal aliens from south of the border.



8. Nearly 60% of all occupants of HUD properties are illegal.



9. 21 radio stations in L. A. are Spanish speaking.

10. In L. A. County 5.1 million people speak English, 3.9 million speak Spanish.  (There are 10.2 million people in L. A. County. )

Less than 2% of illegal aliens are picking our crops, but 29% are on welfare.

Over 70% of the United States' annual population growth (and over 90% of California, Florida , and New York) results from immigration.

29% of inmates in federal prisons are illegal aliens.

We are a bunch of fools for letting this continue.

As I get older I'm realizing I'm becoming very vain, why is that? ...It never used to bother me how I looked and suddenly I'm thinking what I would like to have done to my body

 

Tummy tuck here - lift there... I’d give my body to a plastic surgeon and I would say ‘Fix it’

 

 But at what price… Russian Roulette would be the game? I’m pretty happy with my looks ...I’m 51and I don’t want to look like my face has been stretched why do we feel we need to look younger ...WHY IS THAT?

  I’M WHAT THEY CALL A REAL WOMAN... I HAVE BEEN TOLD SO MANY TIMES -SO AS A REAL WOMAN I SHOULD BE HAPPY WITH IN MY SKIN

 

THAT LOVELY LOOKING LADY THAT JUST DIED UNDER THE KNIFE ...DID SHE FEEL WHAT I'M FEELING, SHE LOOKED PERFECT TO ME

 

 NOW SHE IS DEAD AND HER SON WONT SEE HER EVER AGAIN IN THIS LIFE TIME...

I assure you, he is asking why

 IS VANITY A PART OF AGEING?OR DO WE BECOME VAIN BECAUSE WE ARE EXPOSED TO GLAMOUR IN OUR  DAILY WALKS 

EVERY DAY ON TV, THE RICH AND THE FAMOUS 

IN TODAYS SOCIETY DOES GETTING OLDER  SPELL 'VANITY' 

 BE HAPPY WITH IN OUR SKIN AND JUST GROW OLD GRACEFULLY

 I hope I can take my own advise

 

One thing I need to say I cant live without my lipstick I want to be burried with it.

SO IF YOU DECIDE TO HAVE PLASTIC SURGERY ASK YOURSELF .

DO I REALLY NEED IT?

 

 

 

Went to “The price is right” I had so much fun- I didn’t get called down, however I can tell you just seeing Drew Carey was enough for my adrenaline to go out of control .He was obliging and funny.I like him.

He took the time to sign a few autographs I was too shy to ask- I do get shy sometime...I just didn’t want to be rejected- I hate rejection By the time I got the nerve it was too late… hey I’m going to go again maybe next time I won’t be so shy.

Melbourne cup is not just a horse race it’s thee horse race of the century - it brings non-gamblers to its knees and the die hard gamblers to its heights.

 

Always had a flutter on Melbourne cup and this year I will be going down under to the Flemington Race Course and bet a few dollars some know their horses, but I pick them by their numbers I close my eyes and the first number I see I will bet on....I won’t be surprised if Rupert Murdoch will be there after all he is Melbourne born I know Kerry Packer wont be there in body but his spirit will - he always gambled a million or two .

 

I’m packing and ready to go Americans so wish me luck and hopefully I win a few bucks
