I was born in 1969, remember in the 70's when cartoons were actually funny.  We all grew up watching Bugs Bunny, Scooby Doo, Tom and Jerry, and lots more.  Saturday morning was like crack to children.  We all got up and sat in front of the TV to watch all the wonderful not so subtle cartoon violence that is inappropriate today in such a polically correct world.  After the cartoons were over at about noon, we all went outside to play until it was dark and time to come in.

Todays children aren't suppose to watch things like this on TV, and parents just want to protect their children from anything harmful in life; but todays kids see more violence now then we ever did.  We knew then that cartoons were pretend and we certainly would not go out and hit eachother over the head with a shovel like the road runner and the coyote.

As we grew up so did the wonderful and creative masterminds behind South Park, Family Guy, Beavis and Butthead, The Simpsons, and so many more.  Now I agree that some of these shows are inappropriate for young children,   But it's just wonderful to have these cartoons for adults who still love the kid in them.  Thank you to all of the creaters, keep up the great work.
