I was moving along quite smoothly until this letter jumped out and stole my attention.

Dear student,

President Bush recently signed a new law increasing annual and aggregate Stafford loan limits.  The new law provides undergraduate dependent and independent students the opportunity to apply for more education loan money.

The loan limit changes are outlined below:

*Increases the annual unsubsidized Stafford base limit by $2,000 for dependent undergraduate students.
*Increases the annual additional unsubsidized loan limits by $2,000 for independent undergraduate students, and dependent undergraduate students whose parent has been denied a PLUS loan.

*Increases the aggregate unsubsidized loan limit for undergraduate dependent students from $23,000 to $31,000 (no more than $23,000 can be subsidized).
*Increases the aggregate unsubsidized loan limit for undergraduate independent students from $46,000 to $57,500 (no more than $23,000 can be subsidized).

Please submit a Direct Loan Revision Request Form after July 1, 2008 if you are interested in borrowing the loan increase.

Sincerely,

It may not be much, but at least someones lookin out for me.  According to this letter twenty-three thousand and five hundred dollors is available for my wise investment on top of any amount i have all ready been awarded. A selfless act of such gravity must have passed by our great leader and hailed his signature.  And a notification of this to be sincerely delivered to me, thank the lord.

Of course the money will have to be repaid in time.... plus interest. But thats all well and good considering by that time I'll be a colledge graduate. So enlightened with pricless knowledge that money will be coming in like illegal immigrants to Aztland.

Thats the plan and we're stickin to it. I won't be in debt for the rest of my life like everyone else.

The architects of our nation envisioned enhanced freedom and a limited government for the citizens of our nation. Under an Obama Administration and a Pelosi-Reid led Congress, the original vision of our nation is at risk. That’s why it is essential that Americans unite to fight for the preservation of our rights and freedoms.
